This is a really nice sterling silver rope chain. I got the 24 inch length and it is perfect for the pendant I am using. The chain is substantial without being weighty. It isn’t too thin nor too thick. I would rate it at a medium. It looks strong enough to hold a heavy pendant but a dainty pendant would look good on it too. It is 925 sterling silver which I believe is the standard. Nothing about it being nickel or lead free listed. The chain has a lobster claw clasp which to me always means a better chain. It certainly makes it easier to put on and take off. The chain is shiny and looks really good with my pendant. I liked this rope chain so much I bought another one in a 26 inch length. I’ve been wearing it every day and only take it off to shower and so far no turning or any problems.

I waited a few months to write my review. I wear my chain 24/7 in the shower, to work out , in the hot tub, the Mineral Springs literally 24/7 and I never take them off. This chain is still shiny and has not tarnished. I am very rough on jewelry I have a 1-year-old grandchild who pulls on my chain regularly and it has stood up to all the abuse I have put it through. I highly recommend this chain it is nice strong and I love it.

For the most part, these chains are amazing. They look great and are sturdy/ durable. The only 2, small problems are that these chains aren't good for smaller, more delicate pendants because they are simply too thick to replace originals that may have snapped. And the sizing is a bit off. I bought 2 14" chains because I like to Layer pendants and while my 18", 20", and 22" are all correct, I measured it out with a tape measure and both 14" chains are actually 16" inches. Other than that, I would recommend these to anybody looking for heavy-duty silver chains.

I purchased a 16" and an 18" necklace and a 9" anklet and so far I can say they are beautiful. 2mm is the perfect size, not too thin or too thick. Comfortable to wear by themselves or with a pendant or charm. No discoloration as of yet. (Hopefully, they stay that way). Very shiny. I've only had these about a week and I haven't gotten any of them wet so I don't know how they would hold up against that but I might leave one on in the shower just to see. I will update after! So far, definitely worth the money and if they hold up in the shower without turning green or rusty I will purchase again for gifts for a couple of my friends who can never seem to be able to find a good ankle bracelet. I might even buy myself a matching bracelet. Love this item so far.

It's beautiful. I love it personally with my gold cross. It's very shiny, and I'm a guy who doesn't want to be at work with a lot of..."bling". (Do people still use that word?) So I got the 22" size so it wouldn't be too obvious and could be tucked in under my shirt. But I got it for me, because I thought my gold cross deserved a nice chain, and I do love silver and gold. It is sturdy and strong, so no problems there. Bottom line...the shinyness is beautiful, not subtle, but I like it. I bought it for me to enjoy, not for other people. So I hope that helps give some good info depending on your preference for subtlety or something that shows off the true beauty of silver. And top notch in regards to value.

The necklace itself is beautiful, but the little slide on the clasp is fused shut, and will not open. So it is impossible to unfasten the clasp in order to put the necklace on or take it off. Unfortunately, I didn't discover this defect until after the return time. Maybe a local jeweler can fix it. Update: Tried the clasp again, and a tiny piece broke off that was apparently blocking the clasp, freeing it so that it works now!

This is the 2nd chain I’ve bought mainly to wear across my stomach. I ordered the wrong size as it’s too big but I still kept it because I like the quality. I wore the original around my stomach for almost a year and never took it off and the colour was still really nice. I ended getting it caught on something and the connecting piece snapped off. I could have fixed it but I was being lazy.

It doesn’t come with the pendant but in the daylight it sparkles so beautifully. It’s pure silver since it never gives me a rash on my neck. Absolutely love.

I love the length (I purchased the longest option), however it is really light silver. My large antique locket is sterling silver and looks “dirty” on this chain.

BEAUTIFUL CHAIN!!! Classy and shiny ( The color is white) but I love it! And the size perfect!

The necklace arrived today, now whether I will have any larger tarnishing issues, is yet to be seen. Silver usually tarnishes, needs to be cleaned regularly. But it is bright and shiny and a bit more than expected.

This chain has a nice thickness to it and yet still is very feminine. It looks great on my wife and if it broke, I would repurchase, it looks that good.
