waste of money and time
I would not recommend this product. It is poor value for money and does not produce adequate steam to provide any meaningful relief. Even after following the instructions exactly, the amount of vapour generated is extremely minimal and ineffective. A simple traditional steam inhalation (hot water bowl with a towel) works far better and costs nothing. Unfortunately, this device does not justify its price or purpose.

It works. Recommended, MAGIC
This works well. Make sure the vents on the bottom are clear, I've added abrasive scrubbing pads. I added Vicks vap rub to 2 of the sticks & works well, I have spares but tested this. I also use it to moisturise my ciggies, cause a cough due to dry Ciggie smoke. DO NOT Put salted water in this. I don't care what they say. It clogs up the transducer. UPDATE: I have just found out that the water level is critical, switch it off with the water at max & now it is Steaming?? So try switching it off, few seconds, the back on. Yes it works very well. Recommended Updates coming.

Stays hot, be careful, not very powerful
Followed instructions - only needs 2.5 tablespoons of water in it. Took ages to heat up, so I thought I had a faulty product. Suddenly, it started to produce some steam, but nothing of any real power. You can adjust the steam with a very basic hand control, but it does feel very cheaply made for the price. I had a struggle to fit the face guard as well, it was as if it was not made for the machine. I received 2 Vick pads/filters to insert into a drawer, but they didn't seem strong enough and I would probably benefit more from using a hot bowl and a towel over my head. Make sure that you leave it unplugged for a good while before emptying after use as it remains very hot - as I found out. It's ok for occasional use, but not for very heavy congestion.

Useless Waste of money, don’t buy!
Utterly useless. The water reservoir is very small, it produces minimal steam and is empty in minutes. Also after filling the two and a half teaspoons of water that it takes to fill the reservoir, it is very difficult to screw the top back on. If you are thinking of buying one of these because (like me) you think it’s too much faff to use a bowl of hot water and towel over your head, do yourself a favour and stick with the bowl and towel.
