aden by aden + anais Swaddleplus Oh Boy! 4-Pack

Normally I am skeptical of something so simple as this thin cotton that is priced so high. However, we searched all over for a cheaper option and couldn't find it. Our son was almost 10 lbs when he was born, and all the receiving blankets we'd purchased or received were far too small for swaddling! He would easily wiggle his way out of them. We used a SwaddleMe with the velcro attachment for a while, but he outgrew this by two months. We needed something lightweight for summertime swaddling, and these really were the only blankets we could find. I'm very glad we did find them - we love these! The designs are simple and not tacky. The fabric is soft and breathable, but woven, and capable of a tight swaddle. The fabric is cut and sewn well - it doesn't come out of the washer or dryer stretched or misshapen. It's large, and also absorbent - not that you'd first reach for something this lovely to clean up a baby mess, but sometimes you just grab the closest thing you can, and these do the trick very well.My only regret is that my son is now too old to be swaddled! However, these still get used in our home. Even though it's too cold to use them as regular blankets, we use them to coverup when nursing in public (he doesn't mind them like he does thicker blankets), or to spread out over a floor to provide a clean place for him to play.

I feel like I have bought one of each type of blanket, and these are by far the best! The only reason I docked them a star is the pattern selection was only okay. Some of the other brands have cuter patterns, but these are just fine and the quality of the material beats out anything else. They are light enough to use anywhere in the summer and stretchy enough that I could FINALLY swaddle my baby. Nothing else has worked. They are a great size, too (big). You won't regret these!

I had wanted to order these blankets for my second son and didn't because of the price. Finally, I decided with my third pregnancy I would splurge and get them. I searched for the cheapest/cutest ones and found the Oh Boy! I still have about 7 weeks to go, but I can't wait to use them as a swaddle blanket. The blankets are soooooo big too, I could cover up with one. At it's the perfect weight - so no worries about being too heavy for a baby - and the fabric is so breathable! Even my 6 year old wants his own!!! The Aden + Anais product line may be a little pricey, but's it worth every penny! So thankful that Amazon had a cheaper deal!!!

I purchased this set of Aden + Anais blankets after getting another set that I loved. The first set was so soft and they are the perfect weight for covering a newborn baby when it's warm outside. This set wasn't as soft as the first set we got, but they are still ok. They do the job, but if I was going to order again, I would check right away and send them back if they weren't the soft ones.

I was given a 4 pack by my SIL at my baby shower as one of her favorite things she had used with her 2 kids. I've loved them and ordered another 4-pack. Thery're light and easy to fit into any bag. We live in San Juan, PR where we go from warm weather to A/C indoors all the time so it's great to have them handy. If we go somewhere where there are bugs, mosquitoes, etc or if the sun's too bright, I feel comfortable putting it over his stroller bc its a breathable fabric. I have one on each of the emergency bags I have on each car (mine, my husband's and my mom's), and on the everyday diaper bag so I ordered the extra pack to use it at home and just to have some extra.

I wish I had found these when I had my first daughter. She was a preemie and still was able to wriggle her way out of swaddles. I found these in a boutique at a much higher price, when I was pregnant with my second daughter. She didn't like to be swaddled, but they are great for burp rags, covering baby in the summer to keep sun out, but lightweight enough that air gets in, as a cover when nursing, as a play blanket on the ground... Seriously, I love these! I had to buy "boy" ones when pregnant with my son too. I also give them at baby showers and every mom has raved about them!

I bought this particular set as a gift for a friend, but I have several sets for my daughter. LOVE these blankets. They are so cute, so versitile, and worth the money. You can use them to swaddle, to change, to cover, for the stroller, for the park, as burp cloths, on and on. They have a ton of uses. Plus the prints are so cute. Very high quality, we've washed them a million times and they are good as new. Also very soft. I got some other muslin blankets as a gift and they just aren't as soft or as big as these. I can see us using these for years, even as the baby grows. Great product!

Very happy with this purchase. My son is 6 weeks old and these are our go to blankets (others don't even compare). They are large and can be slightly awkward to swaddle in for smaller babies but you just have to get your own technique. They are very soft and breathable for summer babies. Can be folded up for added warmth or left thin for lighter drape. These wash very well and get softer without fading. We typically use swaddle blankets for safe sleeping but use these for tucking around while in swing, car seat, or stroller. I think the size of these will get us much longer use in comparison to many recieving blankets. Wish we had more!
