Stride RiteSRT Baby and Toddler Grayson Leather Sneaker

Just wanted to give an update on the shoes. Just as I expected from Stride Rite excellent quality my grandson has been wearing the shoes since September when I first order them. It is now February 2016. He started walking at nine months, crawling, walking, climbing and the shoes have held up perfectly. Whenever they would get a scuff mark I just take a wet cloth and wipe them off (no scratches the leather held up beautifully) and he would be ready for Sunday morning in his beautiful white Stride Rite's excellent excellent excellent shoe, it's a shame he has outgrown them because they still have so much more to give. The shoe is in perfect condition. This is a great first Walker for your baby the bottom is rubber it's very flexible and soft, yet it's great support for their feet and ankles. You will not go wrong buying this shoe for your baby just make sure you get the right size and width.I ordered the shoes for my 6 month old grandson who is already pulling to a standing position and holding on trying to take steps I got this shoe because I wanted to make sure that he had the support and stability he needed and this shoes fit the bill it arrived in a timely manner the quality of the shoe is everything I expected from Stride Rite shoes so if you have a little one who may be the a little ahead of himself don't be afraid to purchase this shoe, my grandson is 6 months old he weighs 17 pounds and is 27 inches and wears a 3. I purchased a three and a half for growing room.

I ordered these Stride Rite First Walker shoes for our granddaughter. I love this brand of shoes for children; I always bought Stride Rite shoes for my children when they were small and was always very pleased with the quality, appearance, and fit. I have continued this tradition with two of our grandchildren. A good fitting shoe that is quality made is very important for everyone's feet. Stride Rite shoes are a wonderful choice for beginning walkers. (I ordered the shoes a little big, but Rachael is wearing them and will be able to use them for some time to come before she outgrows them). I would highly recommend.

Closest thing I could find to the good quality, leather 'learning to walk' shoes of the past. My granddaughter looks adorable in them and they match everything.Inside the tongue it does say "Boys", I was surprised, but just ignored that fact.My pediatrician always said not to buy my baby "cheap plastic shoes", that it really affects the way their feet develop. He said shoes are something they wear pretty much every day, and are one place you should buy good quality.I'm most comfortable putting the kids in Stride Rite shoes for every day, they really seem to be orthopedic-ally superior to other kinds.

These were my sons first pair of shoes. He just turned 12 months. He actually started walking at 10.5 months, but no shoes would fit him. He is a cute little giant with big feet! So I knew Stride Rite would be the brand to solve our problem. I printed out the foot measurement online that they have on their website and followed the instructions. And sure enough, his shoes fit well. He measured right at 5.5 with extra wide width. So I got him a size 6 extra wide. He has a bit of room where his big toe is. So hopefully these will last for at a couple months?? Just prayin’! He walks well in them and they look adorable too! Only bummer is that he’s gonna be expensive because of his size! Sorry about the pic, for some reason it cut off the part where his shoes would show?? Maybe it’s just my view??

These shoes are true to size! I "listened" to the reviews that said to order a little bigger than the size needed, and the shoes were exactly 1/2 size too big, so order what your baby needs, not a half size bigger.We needed a size 4 WW, and we ordered a 4.5 WW. The shoes were very nice, excellent quality, fit very well except now he has room to grow. He is 10 months old, and the 1/2 size extra will give him room to grow, so they won't be too tight. We could have used an additional W in the width, because they were a little difficult to get on the ankle, but once on, they fit with very good support.Overall, very satisfied with the shoes!

Got a size 6 1/2 for my 21 month old son. He was wearing size 6 in the hard white shoes like these but they fit the same so these run a bit small and more narrow. Besides that I LOVE these shoes! So much better than the old school hard white shoes because my son isn't slipping and falling everywhere because these have rubber soles. He even was able to climb up slides and run without falling. He still gets ankle support but probably not as much as he would get with the hard shoes. I will order these again for sure!

Didn't fit as expected. The sharp tongue dug into my 17 month old's foot. Socks are a must and will probably return for a different size. Appears like it will provide good ankle support to assist in walking.

They are true to the size. I ordered them for my grand baby. She is 7 months and about to start pulling up. They look beautiful on her feet. We are so pleased with them, I would refer these to anyone who has a baby about to start walking. I am sold on stride rite shoes for life!!!! I wanted something different from the traditional hard bottoms that my children wore. I love them and Amazon had them to me in 3 days. Thanks Amazon as well as Stride Rite!!!!!
