The only thing that cleared shower drain. It took 2 applications, but finally the shower is draining normal again. 4 star only because of chemical smell. Open a window and exhaust fan and still needed to leave as soon as I poured in the boiling water.

I struggled with a clogged shower drain for a long time and tried everything I could think of to clear it. I decided to give this product a try because of the great reviews and low price. I used it twice (each time I could hear it bubbling and making noise in the pipe) but couldn't see any change in the clog so I figured it was another fail. Fortunately, I decided to try it for a 3rd time and my shower has been clear ever since. I must have had a huge clog that took a few times to work its way through it, so give it a chance and be patient. It will eventually work.

I kid you not, you can use it to fix your old engine if you have aluminum transfer on the bores. Put it on some paper shop towels and press it against the aluminum deposits. It will etch them off like butter in the sun. ONLY do it if your block is cast iron though. It will leave the cast iron in original shape. I attached one before and one after picture of my engine bore. After pic is after a tiny little honing by hand. It measures and looks like new after 200k miles on the engine. BE CAREFUL though because it will etch off ANY aluminum or other metals than steel or iron it will come in contact with. So keep it away from other aluminum parts!

Best stuff ever. I’ve poured numerous bottles of liquid plumber down my drain. Snaked it. Nothing worked. I saw this product and tried it in my bathroom sink. One tablespoon and poured a cup of hot water as per instructions. Waited 30 minutes and poured hot water down drain. No more clog. This stuff is amazing. I was one step away from calling a plumber. This saved me a lot of money.
