The abbree antenna performs very well on received and out going signals both well above the standard rubber duck antennas, and will give the nagoya branded antennas a run for their money this tactical antenna is well worth the purchase and as a replacement antenna works well on the vhf uhf amateur radio bands. 5 stars from me it's well constructed over other known brands well packaged and arrived on time.

It wont hurt it to bend it. It just snaps back into shape, which is good for clumsy old me. Nice feel to it.
