I've been taking 2,000 units of this Turmeric since my major Hemicolectomy in 2008. I wouldn't go a day without it as long as it is available. My Rheumatologist recommend Turmeric with black pepper extract like this brand, for best absorption. I would like it to be less expensive, but it has been very beneficial to me.
