Bought these to replace the wands on my Electrolux EL6988 canister vacuum; they fit perfectly on the hand-held end of the hose assembly, and the floor brush/tool fits perfectly over the end of the wand. Of course they can only be used for suction vacuuming; you would need the regular wired wands to use the power head, but because those wired wands are now hard to find, I decided to preserve them by using these extension wands as most of the vacuuming I do is with the floor brush/tool. Can't beat the price; they are plastic so time will tell how long they last. They should work with any canister vacuum that has 1 1/4" ID/OD connections.

Works great and is better material than the one I had originally.

Fits perfect on my shark vacuum but had to order pole extender-also available on Amazon. Works great on my hardwood floors!

Good material. The fit is a little loose but is easily fixed by cinching it with wire ties.

That was my big worry .. that it wouldn't fit (yes, I measured, but as we all know that doesn't always work.) I got this for my Eurecka whirlwind canister vac that is a little workhorse -- BUT it is NOT FOR LONG HAIR. As it picks up hair, it wraps it around both wheels on the bottom of the floor/carpet vacuum head!! Ok... after about an hour of picking the hair out with tweezers and a seam-ripper from my sewing basket ... I went looking for a BRUSH attachment -- with NO WHEELS. Found it! and with the adapters/converters ... all my other "accessories" that came with my old, old, old. Eureka canister from 1980 that finally died --- they fit, now! The round brush, the crevice tool, the short upholstery brush --- now that they fit, too --- it totally expands the functionality of my Eureka whirlwind with the hair-wraps-around-the-wheels problem. Happy, Happy, Happy!

Product page specifically says "Compatible with 1.25" vacuum hose." I carefully measured my Bissell hose, as well as its extension tube, and both are 1.25", so I expected it to fit. As you can see from the photo, the Bissell tube sits directly flush on top of this vacuum attachment, and so the attachment will not insert into the tube or the hose. I should have read the 1-star reviews where other people noted this problem. I also failed to notice that the seller does not offer a free return. It costs a little over $5.00 to return this product that is the seller's fault that it does not fit. I do not recommend this attachment.

Made the right choice with this one. Works well and seems durable. Only wish it was available in my preferred color. Used it several times.

Good price compared to other similar brushes. And a perfect fit on my vacuum hose. Works great for grooming dogs and horses
