These chairs were a great addition to my dining room furniture. Style was a perfect match, but they were slightly smaller than my dining room chairs. Very easy to assemble! Wood and stain also matched. I put them in the middle of the side rows, which allowed me to seat 10 adults and one high chair at the dining room table (with both expanders in place) for holiday dinners.

These are very sturdy, nice quality chairs, but be careful during assembly. The hardware appears to be soft, cheaper metal and if you over-tighten the hex screws, they strip very easily.

Excellent material and workmanship. Anyone who says it is hard to assemble has led a charmed life as far as the dreaded phrase "Some Assembly Required" is concerned. Someone really thought this through, kept it simple and provided easy-to-follow instructions. An added attraction: it is slightly higher than other chairs I have which makes it easier to get up on my arthritic knees. It is oak so if you do marathon dinners you may want to add a cushion.

I would love a refund for these chairs. 2 out of the 4 I purchased are broken. One stabilizer bar snapped off in the hole (front to back) and the spindle on the back of one chair is so loose it rattles. We don't even eat at the table. I am certainly glad I did not have Holiday company as these chairs are so defective and they are not cheap. They didn't even last 6 months. GARBAGE. I am surprised Amazon sells such junk.

These chairs are very study and well worth the extra cost. My son rocks in his chair and has broken many, so I ordered these and they are able to support his weight and rocking (he has developmental disabilities) with ease. Plus they are very nice looking. Would definitely buy again!

Love the looks but only 5 months old and already having issues with the leg assembly coming apart. Not nearly as sturdy as one would expect. These chairs are junk and not worth the purchase .

I had a moving company that destroyed one of my kitchen chairs and I have been looking for replacements. These are priced than the one that broke $20 compared to over $100 for a set. I found them easy to put together with minimal issues.
