Works like new and easy to install. Hint take a pic before you undone the broken to make sure wires are connected correctly.

A money saver
Got a bit carried away one day cutting up some scrap lumber and sliced through the original cord on my circular saw. I like the reliability of a corded power tool and replacing one is expensive these day. This was easy to install after watching a quick YouTube video.

Nice replacement cord
My application was a Makita angle grinder. This cord is a nice flexible rubber clad cord. It was 6 inches shorter than the original and was also marginally larger in diameter. I was able to reuse the OEM strain reliever however it was a challenge to get the cord inserted into the strain reliever. The small increase in diameter made for a very tight fit. Had to soak it in hot water and lubricate the cord to install it in the strain reliever. The cord had the proper connector (eye) already attached to the hot lead. Have since used the grinder and it works and handles fine.
