I couldn't wait any longer with the review so whatever...I know the product will do what I want because its an android...BE READY TO WAIT OVER A MONTH FOR YOUR SHIPMENT! You will get a tracking number via usps and good luck tracking from this point. My product has been in China for I don't know how long now and I know there is Customs but Geez!!!! I'e ordered stuff from Germany faster than this!!!! I will give a review once I receive this if it ever makes it through customs unless they are playing with it... May 1st Update below...I JUST NOW got my item... Now despite the negative comments, this item works perfect and not a problem. The fact that they already used it does not in-turn mean the item was severely used like some of these other comments I see. The item turned on and works! now the real reviewSOUND - People complain because it does not have the 10.1 Dolby digital Surround sound speaker system like they are used to. The sound is quite loud for this pad. I wont be using this for music or anything but I tested a song on this and it is loud as can be(If you are listening or watching a low quality vid/aud, expect low quality results so dont blame the pad!VIDEO - What are people talking about with the choppiness and bagging down videos, it plays True Grit that I created from ISO to this just fine? Again, they are picky because it does not have the 10.1 Dolby Digital Surround systemPROGRAMS - All works just fine. Connected to WIFI no problems and works fast.PRAGMATICS - Whatever the complaints about the systems shutting off and doing very slow things is solely their fault. If you don't try to install windows apps and convert to android maybe you wont have that problem! Every program works on here and no choppy workabilities from what I can see. Multi-use is perfect, I can connect to my POS server and run movies and it updates on the sql server with over 30,000 products and still doesn't chop ou the movie.UNDERSTANDING - If you simply can't read past a little bit of broken english, that is a personal problem not a negative defect on the pad. Despite a few little words on the paper that I can clearly read, who really reads the booklets anyways? But overall I can see it and it all reads out just fine. Someone said on a comment how they couldn't understand what all the plugs were. It's pretty simple considering there is a picture for every plug on there! and "USB" is clearly written above the usb plug! By the way here are the features for those comment readers as I am myself...HDMI - Says TV-OutUSB - That pitchfork looking picture which we all knowHost - Don't quite know what that is but im sure the instructions will tell me, I thought it was another USB for a secReset - Master Reset with a paper clip endDC-5v - Charger(Comes in the package)TF Card - That really small Teeny tiny square memory card I always seem to short out or lose in the mist of the wind HAHAHA. It's really called an SD-Card. GET ONE BECAUSE MOST ANDROID DEVICES MUST USE ONE. THEY ARE LIKE A BUCK or 9-10 you will already have onePower ButtonUp/Down Volume buttons - If yu have it where the power button is downward, Vol Down is Vol Up and Vol Up is Vol down. but nothing to be reducing stars over.Front/Rear CameraCamera - I tested the Front camera and I thought it was like the ipone with super duper low choppy quality and snap! Took a very very good close up of my large head of mine and I laughed for like 10 minutes HAHA It takes really good front pic and VERY HIGH QUALITY Rear. Set your camera up for quality control if you want the nice qualitySo, I would say order one of these because if you are looking for something that's simplistic and ready to go, then this is one to look for, if you are looking for something thats going to be used for al out audio,video, go spend about $250 more. For me, POS system connections for inventory via WIFI/Web, documentation and a pic of picture taking is perfect for me and this works. If you want to watch HQ Blueray downloaded movies, the least you need to do is invest in a SD card that has a ton of space and they are cheap now a days.PS: Ignore those complainers because for one, you know what you are paying for before you get it, 2 if something does not work, don't bash the WHOLE system for it. 3 how much more are you expecting our of something that cost under $100 bucks? Somewhere along the lines you are going to have to forgive things that happen but you paid for what you got out of your own pocket and you already knew what you were getting before you clicked checkoutThanks guys and hope this helped

Seems like a nice tablet the little bit of time I got to use it on the partial charge it had when I received it. Unfortunately the power cord seems to be defective so I cannot charge it. I've emailed the seller twice and still haven't heard a word back from them. I would really like to have this problem resolved as this was purchased for my elderly grandfather. He loves to play solitaire and wants to learn how to stay in touch with family online. This would be especially helpful to occupy his time since my grandmother just passed away and he's very lonely. It would also be wonderful not to have all that money tied up in something that's only good for an extra large paperweight.

I like this tablet it is the first time I have ever had a tablet and I figured it out right away .very easy to use . I get very nice pictures great colors I pick up radio stations I downloaded just fine and watched a video came in really good nice clear picture played games. the touch screen works just fine .I was able to download off of Google play store with no problems . some downloads went really fast but the larger ones took longer .. Google play has a lot of free downloads TV , Radio stations, Facebook, youtube , Netflix , xfinity , news , games and more for free . just click the ones you like and save them and it goes on your tablet and you just download from your tablet .I have had it for about a month now so far no problems . it works well with the Contixo 10.1 inch Universal Tablet PC Case and Keyboard , that I ordered thinking I would use it only used it once so far .. if you don't want to pay a lot for a tablet I recommend this tablet . I bought a different one from another site and it was 20 dollars more it was a lemon and I sent it back and got on Amazon and found this one really happy with this tablet .UP DATE ! I went to turn it on today and it turned on but got nothing just a Blank Screen ,I ordered it a year to the date , and now its not working ... go figure its made in china , wish we start making American made electronic that last like we use too.. they lasted a long time .

My Mom wanted a tablet and she has never bought any Hi Tech anything so we were excited to introduce her to this Hi Tech world and she has loved owning this tablet! Big enough for her to see everything an we've been teaching her how to navigate around! Now to just get her on the internet :)

Very happy with this purchase is fast lightweight comfortable has good image easy connect via wifi to my taste all that you would fail to be complete would be the sim port car to use the internet phone line portatin.

Last year I got my husband a more expensive tablet and I hate using it because I feel I have to struggle to work it. This tablet is a joy to use. The screen is very sensitive to touch which is nice. I am learning android so I have been practicing using android system which is pretty simple. It is pretty fast loading and getting where you want to go. The only problem is with google market...when I download apps it says I have insufficient storage...this is not the tablets fault but a glitch in google market which can be fixed. I just downloaded an app called fixit and it seemed to do the job so far. I have been researching this issue and it is in alot of newer phones and tablets that have the new google market. The tablet is awesome!!!!

I got this in a beat up box, 2 pixels were dead, had a huge issue sending it back and getting it returned to me as well as the first time I turned it on it froze and I had to restart it.A plus however is the support team responded asap to my complaints and assisted as quickly as possible.

I would not recommend, poor resolution, low sound quality, even after switching to English I had difficulty loading apps....was not designed for use in the United States so I sent it back the next day.
