Are there any inclusions in the glass? Is the bottom where the glass sits polished smooth? How thick are the rims?

No inclusions, just the four-piece glasses, bottom is polished, the rims are about 2-2.5 mm think. If the price here is $15 or so, just go to Big Lots - it's only $9-10.

Do these stack inside each other?

I stack them only two at a time, anything taller they would fall over.

what is height and width of widest part of each glass?

The rim diameter is 3 - 7/8" and the height measures 3 - 7/8" also.

can I freeze these glasses in the freezer?

Have not tried to freeze them but I don't think it would be a problem. "If it's Libbies, Libbies, libbies you will like it, like it,like it on your table, table table!!" Couldn't resist !!
