It appeared to be new.Only drawback was that it was not in a game case, it was in a smaller CD case.

Did not work
The game was put into the PS3 and it did not work. Didn't even recognize a disk was inserted. The disk looked clean and no scratches. Tried many times, restarted the PS3 several times. Disappointing, returning.

This game came in a clear cd case. No biggie. The important part is no problems playing it.

Arrived on time, disc looks good but…
Arrived in a clear plastic sleeve which was fine but when we went to play it, it split screens on the top and bottom. Couldn’t find a setting or way to fix it. Disc looks ok but super annoying. Will return.
