I have not made any other changes to my diet, exercise, sleep or supplement routine. No soreness after the gym, I can go hard every day if I want. Easy to swallow. Same great company that I buy my Vitamin D3/K2 and Fish Oil from. This helps me tolerate the sun a bit longer in Texas. The size is comparable to the D3 by Sports Research, very small. Good value for the money for the 12 mg. There are no weird odors. I like that it is sourced from the sea. So far so good, will come back here if my eyes turn red and let ya know! 😀

I worked outside for 3 weeks straight while taking these once a day. they did not cause any symptoms. I usually burn very easily so i was happy when i would come in for the day with a burnt face and arms that did not hurt and the next morning the redness was gone, really surprised by this. I have been on them for 30 days and have a slight darkening on my skin and neck and arms. So, so far so good. The sun can be dangerous but with these i feel a little more comfortable when i'm outside. So for now i will continue but use. I believe 30 days isn't long enough use to comment on, but so far so good.
