Guard the orchard
I use this camera to keep an eye on my orchard, peaches, nectarines, pears, plums, blackberries, etc. Camron keeps me updated on what wild animals are coming in and robbing me of my fruits. Camera works great installs easily and has a great picture.

Been using this to spy on the rabbit eating my garden
This camera is working great for me to spy on the rabbit eating my garden. Night vision is awesome and qualify of videos is really good. My only complaint is that you don't really see anything further than 5 feet away. So I have to move the camera around every night to check on different plants as opposed to seeing them all at once. But still, I've gotten goods videos of rabbits, raccoons, and skunks at night.

Got you!!!
Purchased the cameras for the farm. Have several different types and this was the one ( camera) that got the guy removing my fence. Cannot say enough about it, it worked great, was cost worthy and photos are very visible. Will purchase others when needed, no questions. Would recommend to others to use around your farm. Thanks

Instructions might as well been in Latin
Worst set of instructions. Says..install 4 or 8 batteries. Fine. Where. After several minutes, figured out you have to rip the cover off to find battery bay. Place for 8 batteries. If you want to use 4, where do they go? After rearranging batteries for 20 minutes, still couldn't power it on. Went to internet. Couldn't find a better manual online. I am quite techy and can solve most anything from computers, cell phones and internet programs and this thing beat me. Boxed it up and got refund.

Works well seems to not drain batteries too quickly
The media could not be loaded. Easy set up. M for menu button, ok to enter/ select. Can run video and photo or separate. Pic quality settings up to 16MP. The squirrelPhoto was surprisingly sharp and it was taken at 12MP. Make note of the card size you are using: for example a single 12MP still will be 2.1 megabytes. Unit is compact and the adult secured to a tree with included nylon strap and buckle. Very large trees will require a longer nylon strap is 60” in length. Be careful inserting SD card it goes one way. There is a small engraved directional diagram next to the slot. Overall quality is good for price.

Good build, easy setup, but no pictures of animals.
Two nights with 30 images, 5 videos of nothing. I have 2 acres with a pond next to a creek and wooded land so I have lots of nightly visitors. Failed so far to capture anything that triggered the camera. Last cam I had got a lot, deer, coons, hogs, etc. It got ruined during hurricane Harvey. Will try one more night with altered settings, then return if a dud.

Works better than I thought it would
This camera is terrific. I bought two and they pick up everything. I bought them because I had a bear not ten feet from my door and after that wanted to see what comes through the yard at night I have seen quite a few animals who visit in the night. I have learned not to point it at a low hanging tree, that when the camera is set on high picks up every movement of a leaf and picks up tiny spiders and their webs The pictures are good and the video is good too. I am really enjoying reviewing the SD card the next morning to see who was here the night before. As others have shared definitely re-format the SD card every time before resetting the camera.

Surprises each day!
I had a little trouble understanding the settings, mainly the on/off/ switches, but then I'm challenged in that area. So we just hung it, and it worked. I was reading too much into the directions. In the first 48 hours, a big deer walked by, a neighbor came to the gate and left, and an unknown car turned around at the gate. We live at the end of a long dirt road, so this is way more activity than we expected. Now I can't wait to check it each morning.Daytime picture is awesome, nighttime picture ok but nighttime video is not so good. Battery is going fast so we're going to plug in a solar that we have. Overall, I would recommend this, especially considering the low price.

disappointing
The reason I bought this trail cam is that my other one (Victure?) got a malfunction so I wanted a replacement. This new one does not take good photos at all. If anything is moving (like chipmunk or squirrel), the picture is blurry. If anything is too close, the picture is blurry. If anything is too far, the picture is blurry. It seems to have a very small range where things are not blurry (6 feet away?) I do not recommend this one.
