Awesome figure!
-Pros-1-BAF Piece to Ultimate Green Goblin! What else is there to say? ;)2-Comes with 4 boomerangs! All different sizes!3-I like the painting on this figure out of all of them in this wave. I don't have Carnage Black Cat or Beetle, but I have all of the variants, and the paint on them is shinny. I don't like shinny pain on figures, it doesn't look realistic to me (I'm very picky about that :P) This one has a chalky look to it... (This may be a con for some people)4-Like all figures in this wave, the articulation on this figure is AWESOME! The boots move as well, which is completely hidden (unlike some figures)-Cons-1-The largest boomerang doesn't fit in the backpack (All of the other ones do though)Overall, I absolutely love this figure. My favorite out of the wave (That might change when I get carnage :3) I highly recommend this to anybody. Honestly, I had no idea who this character was, but having it makes me want to find out and read more about him. So, even if you don't know him, I would highly recommend picking him up if you see him in stores or on amazon!

Excellent. :)
The Superior Foes of Spiderman Boomerang. Sweet. Can hold the two sizes of boomerangs (4 in all). All of them fit into the back boomerang mount (mount is removable). I really like it and the articulation is on par with all the current figures. Excellent. Height is in the 6" category which means that with 6" as a base height the figures are to scale to one another. The downside (applies to all these figures) is that sometimes the joints are bent a little at right-angles to the normal plane of movement so it looks funky. Had to exchange the first one with a extra bent elbow. Also sometimes these bends pull the arm of the peg. If you really want quality you would want to exchange it else you can ignore it (mileage may vary).

A Superior Figure for a Superior Foe
Boomerang as a character really exemplifies a lot of what's fun about comic books. A former baseball pitcher who turned to crime when his career washed up, he decided the only logical thing to do with his life is rob banks while throwing boomerangs around and fighting Spider-Man. Recently he's been with the supervillains turned heroes team, the Thunderbolts, and is the new leader of the five man Sinister Six, making him the main character of the excellent ongoing book The Superior Foes of Spider-Man. While it's unlikely we'll ever get the rest of the Superior Foes team, Hasbro giving us a modern Boomerang at all is a pretty awesome addition to a collection. His sculpt isn't anything mind blowing or incredible, but it's effective for what it is. Like many Marvel Legends, Boomerang is built on the base body of another character- in this case, sharing the same body with the Winter Soldier line's Baron Zemo and the Marvel Legends series US Agent, making use of its flared gloves and pirate boots to more easily replicate his costume. The result is that you end up with a Boomerang that exact same size and proportions as those other characters, but that's pretty fine- he ends up just looking like a relatively normal person as far as scale goes in a Legends collection. The one unique piece of sculpted detail on the figure is his head sculpt- his full suit mask cover most of his head, but leaves his chin exposed, allowing him to flash a pretty great looking sinister sneer that adds a lot of personality to the figure that a lot of figures lack because their faces are given extremely neutral faces instead.Boomerang's paint job is similarly acceptable but not quite mind blowing. A lot of Marvel Legends I've gotten since the move to the Infinite Series at the beginning of this year have had incredibly clean and crisp paint applications, far beyond anything I would've reasonably expected going in, and while Boomerang's paint isn't quite on most of their levels, considering his color scheme is a very dark almost black color and whites in large amounts, it could have ended looking much, much worse. As is, my figure has a few sloppy places on the front of his torso- his chest has a few spots with too much paint, leaving slightly raised marks, and a few specs of dark mixed into the white- something that's normally much more passable, but because of the colors used here, are much more noticeable. The Thunderbolts logo on his belt area, like a lot of recent Legends logos and additional paint applications, is super clear, but it's a slightly different color of white from the rest of the costume, weirdly. Finally, his face is actually perfect. A lot of figures can really mess up faces because of the close proximity of little details, but Boomerang's face is very clean and well done- his villainous sneer comes out looking drop dead fantastic thanks in large part to the crisp painting that highlights it very well. His articulation is pretty standard for modern Marvel Legends figures:- Ball-Joint Head- Hinged Neck- Ab-Crunch- Swivel Waist- Ball-Hinge Shoulders- Swivel Biceps- Double-Hinged Elbows- Swivel Gloves- Hinted Wrists, although this joint is a little restricted compared to other Legends, because the joint ventures down beyond the glove piece, limiting his motion range.- Ball-Joint Hips- Swivel Thighs- Double-Hinged Knees- Swivel Boot Tops- Hinged AnklesThat's a total of 28 points of articulation, which lets you put Boomerang into plenty of cool action poses for throwing his boomerangs, leading the Sinister Six, standing alongside his fellow Thunderbolts, or just getting thrashed by superheroes in a display. While lots of the current Infinite Series figures have increased their accessory counts by adding alternate heads and hands, Boomerang chooses to instead load up with an arsenal of weaponry to use. He comes with four different Boomerang weapons- two large ones, and two smaller ones. The fit into his open hands, but I find that the grip on them isn't very tight- they just seem a bit looser than I'd like, but it's a good enough fit to work. To top it off, he comes with a large Boomerang-shaped holster and fin that attaches to a hole in his back. Its' a pretty neat holster that helps visually differentiate him from the other figures built on the same mold, but if I have one small complaint about it, it's that the fin doesn't fit super loosely into his back- I wish it was more firmly fit into the back, because it tends to slide a little to the left or right when he's moved. Finally, he comes with one of the Ultimate Green Goblin's Build-A-Figure legs. It's clearly a remodeled version of their Avengers series Hulk, which is a pretty fine and clever reuse, and is articulated with a hinged ankle, double-hinged knee, and a place to connect to a hip joint on the torso, creating a hinged joint and a swivel at the thigh.Boomerang is about as good a figure as one could want of Boomerang. He's a bit underwhelming, and unless you're a completionist, or a really big fan of the Ultimate Norman Osborn, the only people that I can really recommend this figure to are people who are fans of the excellent, excellent Superior Foes of Spider-Man book. He makes a great addition to a display if you're looking to build your Spider-Man villains gallery, or if you just need a new bad guy for Spider-Man and the other heroes to punch around- you can probably do better than Boomerang, but you can absolutely do much worse.

A great but extremely underestimated action figure!
Just great, but I don't like these "variants" hasbro implemented. A variant would be the same character with different costume. What am I supposed to do with my extra baf leg? Still, nice figure!

He's cool. But he's no dr. doom or nightcrawler
He's cool and he makes me happy. Purely got him because I love the Sinister Foes Of Spiderman comics. He doesn't 100% match up to the character design and he's definitely not 5 star worthy besides that the paint job is acceptable. But even tho I gave him 3 stars I'm still very happy to have got him.
