Sometimes I don't remember how wide my car is, so I had the pleasure of buying this replacement mirror.Fit is great, has Heat and Power Adjustments just like my OEM model. Surface is raw ABS Plastic, not Painted Black

This mirror was a perfect fit and replacement for our 2002 Subaru Outback passenger side mirror. After watching a couple Youtube videos and getting the tools together, the entire removal and installation took less than an hour.

This was supposed to fit a 2005 Subaru Outback. The bolt pattern is different. The plugs are different. The shape (I could excuse this if it bolted up) is different. The ultimate trifecta of not fitting.

Fit and finish was spot on as expected. I have used Dorman products for years.

I receive the mirrors and installed them properly. I was dismayed that my particular Outback did not have the necessary wiring to activate the heat portion of these mirrors, but otherwise fit fine. I didn't use it for several weeks since I was waiting until winter, but the mirrors shake. The driver's side particularly badly. Only the mirrors, not the housing which is rock solid. The mirrors make me queasy to look at them on the highway. I posted something here but never heard back. Now the right mirror won't adjust horizontally. It has thus far been a waste of money. I would really like someone from the company to please assist me with replacing these with a pair that does not shake all over the place since I no longer have the original OEM ones. Thank you.

I received a defective part first, that wouldn't move left and right. The replacement I got is working fine. This part is only fifty percent reliable, hit or miss.
