Healthy Active Fish
My one remaining pearl scale was so happy to have new friends that look like him. They arrived well protected and active, even in our 90° heat that day. A week later, they have formed their own school of 6 in my pond. I'm very happy. Thank you.

They arrived healthy and timely
The fish arrived by FedEx in a well packed container and in very good health. The package included good dental instructions for how to handle and transfer the fish properly especially for the begin er or novice. After reading the other reviews I wanted to wait at least a week before writing mine. All fish are still strong and feeding well. Very happy with my first purchase of fish through Amazon of mail order.

All fish died.
All fish died in two weeks. Two of them were not active when I received them, then they stopped eating but still alive. They died soon. The other three get disease after about 10 days, with a white layer on their body. It seems they also have blood under skin. The three died in the next few days.

Still healthy 5 weeks later.
Fish were 2 1/2 inches from nose to tail. Five weeks later all five are all healthy and active.

Dead fish
Purchased 5 pearscale goldfish all arrived alive except one. Looked to be nipped at by the others. He passed shortly after. Have tryed to contact with no answer! Would definitely buy again bc the fish that did live look amazing. Just don’t expect them to answer your email EVER!

Arrived alive and healthy
To make sure fish came safely. I made sure to have the days off to get them out of the bag and into the pond. If you don’t treat these lives like they are important then they could die. The fish were gorgeous. And I will buy more.

Excellent customer sevice
I had two fish perish within 48 hours contacted the seller and they were super polite and helpful and issued me a refund. Like all fish being mailed it is a stressful process but the customer service was great.

Fish arrived fine but slowly all died off.
I bought 5 ranchus also in same shipment from same seller and both in same tanks. The ranchus were actually smaller than the pearlscales. After 2 weeks, they slowly died off. All the ranchus in same tank were fine. Am an experienced fishkeeper so can only think this is water conditioning or diet related.
