The best bulk flour
We use only this flour for years now, even tho price went up we are still happy to pay for quality wich is unmatched in comparison to US flour!

Reminds me of Italy
Great flour, and I don’t get all the gluten consequences that come with US flour. It’s like being back in Italy when we make our own pizza dough. I’d highly recommend this to anyone looking for a better option in the flour department.

Highly recommend
I have purchased this 00 flour multiple times in the largest quality absolutely and it has become a staple in my kitchen. It is perfect for making pizza dough and gives the crust that authentic, light, and chewy texture you want from a good pizzeria. I also use it for homemade pasta and it works, although I mostly buy it for pizza nights. The quality is always consistent and it is well worth keeping on hand.

I would only use this flour or King Arthur 00 for serious pizza making.

Gluten free and celiac can eat this!
This is a great, high-quality flour. I am gluten intolerant (I break out in hives if I eat it), but I have no issues eating it. My friend's celiac daughter ate a roll I made with it and had zero problems, either.
