OMG!!!

I bought this item for my daughter's, who is 32, because it was so pretty. However once she had put in it looked lovely then suddenly it dropped out and it had just broke. I took a picture straight away and contacted the seller. They were so unhelpful. They said my daughter must have broken it as they don't break! I have shopped in amazon for so long and I've never had such a rude and unhelpful seller. They want me to send it back so they could have it examine it!!
