Good start of a series
I like the plot and main characters. Evers acts like a jerk at first, but he gets better. Summer felt betrayed by him, but she made him suffer fur awhile. Action and steamy scenes are good. The Sinclair brothers have a security company. I give this story 4 stars because there were incidents a good security firm should have tighten up their security better.

Once again, Ivy Layne did an outstanding job of keeping me in the story. There were no setting it down to finish later, no skipping pages to get the read over.It has everything and well written I love in a story.Danger, action, good/bad guys and the story had the main characters having to work through their issues to be able to have a happy ending.

Started out decent
This book started off pretty good for me but then just went down hill. I really had a hard time with liking Summer. She became shallow& stupid. She made comments that were naive & just not a strong character for me. Worried about her criminal dad, doubting Evers, not letting them do their job & worrying about how to dress after being kidnapped! Just odd to me. I liked Evers & most of the team but what was up with Cooper??? I just lost interest in the story over time. I know there is more to the mystery but not enough character connection for me to read more.

Great read
This story had a lot of characters and atroylines embedded in the primary plot. Summer and Evers, Summer ans her father, then Cynthia and her husband. The primary story had entrigue, mystery, danger and romance while the others simply added to it. I loved that Summer wasn't a rollover chick that accepted whatever Evers dished out...in the beginning. She stood her ground and made him realize what he did wrong. Her father was horrible and she wasn't blind to that fact. She was presented as a strong person while Evers was a real heroine.

Oh the tangled web we weave..
‘Unraveled’ is the first book in The Untangled Series and an extension of a previous saga. It is a well written, engaging story of two families enter connected by love and deception.Evers and Summer have found some common ground. They are hard workers, love their jobs and families, and have pleasant personalities. They have greatly enjoyed their intermittent meetings all the way up to the lies coming out. With some luck and time things might work themselves out if someone doesn’t get killed first.

One of Three (or Four?)
Ivy Layne's The Untangled Series continues her connected stories featuring the Winters, Sinclair and Sawyer families. In this first installment, readers are reintroduced to Evers Sinclair and Summer Winters, two characters previously mentioned in The Temptation Trap, Axel Sinclair's book. From the first page of Unraveled, Ms. Layne gives her readers a hint (more like a hearty push into the deep-end of the pool) of Evers and Summer relationship - and tepid is NOT the descriptor. There's a lot going on with their families, much of it connected to Maxwell Sinclair, Ev's missing father, and Summer's equally missing, yet nowhere near as corrupt or sinister father Smokey Winters. Helps to read in a somewhat of an order, so with that thought in mind I'll get started on Knox's story next. Truly loved this book!

Good
Another winner from Ivy, I absolutely enjoy this series and the Winters series as well. This book was about Evers Sinclair and it was a good book, reading this book it was just so simple turning the pages. Because the story flows.
