Amazon delivery is ontime always. The product is simple to understand and install, but in most my cases it would need for me to wave my hand over my head. The ones that work well are amazing and worth every dime spent.

Timely delivery; Best part is it is a recessed model and flush with ceiling. I prefer over my previous purchase because the previous one is noticeable from distance due to surface-mounting design. Will observe for a few days and then buy a few more for my centre.

Failed within a month. Initially gave 1 star as their warranty claim procedure was more painful than getting a driver's license on your own without paying an agent. However, now changing it to neutral 3 stars as they actually sent me a replacement that works after I couriered them the failed piece on my own expense.

See the burn out . This is why it never lighted up. Only if the manufacturer is concerned about the failure. Don't buy this product unless this defect is rectified.
