Seeing some nice gains using this with the same brand HMB. Recovery is faster than ever. Been mixing with a whey protein isolate. Doesn’t affect flavor. Easy on the stomach. Feeling noticeably more explosive during HIIT.

Most other formulations of creatine make me nauseous but not this one! Not only does it make me feel great, I’ve noticed significant gains in my overall strength and muscle mass (obviously in combination with a fitness routine). If you’re looking for a great, no-nonsense creatine that’s a good bang for your buck, look no further. I’m not normally a “brand loyal” type of person but this is one that I dependably buy again and again.

Tried other creatine products that caused upset stomach but this product does not. It's tasteless & easy to mix. The best part is there is no loading phase. Usually buy at GNC but Amazon is more convenient.

This is the only creatine I take. All others hurt my stomach. I also notice increases in size, strength and endurance.

The overall product is great highly recommended, however the manufacturers packaging wasn’t very good when I opened the jar I found two humidity packs and two scoops all of this took away from the amount of product inside the jar which ended up being around half.

No taste to me if blended with ANYTHING. Works instantly and u dont have to go through a "loading phase" like u do for monohydrate creatine. Less bloating also. Great product.
