Every other upgrade I've ever done to Act over the last 18 years has been a pain. This one worked perfectly. Got my 3 activations and it integrated perfectly with my existing database & settings. I'm shocked. It's never this easy.*** Update*** Due to a hardware issue I had to reinstall after I used all my activations. Opened a ticket with Swiftpage and had a fresh activation code and instructions within 24 hours. Service was perfect and the product worked. The last time I needed service was years ago with Act2010 and it was painful. The improvement in product and service has been dramatic. Maybe they could take over Nuance next & help them with their service.
