Makes cleaning your loop much more bearable
Was skeptical that this would restrict flow of coolant through my loop, but it did not make a noticeable change. With these installed it makes loop maintanence so much more bearable, since fully draining a loop can be near impossible.Being able to pop these apart and then pulling each component out piece by piece just makes things a breeze.

Not sure what I'm doing wrong but 1 of these leak very slowly
I bought 2 pairs of these and 1 of them leaks very slowly. Like 1 drop of water every 30 minutes slow. Even if I tighten the pipe clamp nut all the way down it still leaks. Seems to be coming from the quick release connector itself and not from the tube connection. If I find what I'm doing wrong I'll change my review. As it stands these sure are expensive for something that doesn't work as well as I had hoped for. It also took a long time to get these as I didn't realize the male and female ends were sold separately until after I received my first order.Update: I wrapped a lot of plumbers tape onto the male fitting end. After a few tries I got the leaky one to stop leaking. The tape has to be reapplied after disconnecting and reconnecting it but at least I found a way to make it not leak. It appears as though there is a groove for an o ring on the male end. I haven't tried finding a o ring that fits and putting it in but the non leaking one doesn't have an o ring there so it might not fit.

Awesome connector for pumps and reservoirs.
The only downside to these quick disconnect fittings is the restriction. The advantage is that it is automatic and barring hair in the fitting. You just pop them apart and they seal. Have a paper towel for the extra drop they might lose.
