Busts up concrete great, and the price is fantastic
I bought this for one job, busting up my concrete sidewalk. It did that job and then I just started using it more and more. For the price, the quality is great, the parts are all solid and the product works as expected. I would buy again if my current drill breaks in the future.

It's a workhorse & perfectly weighted - lots of extras read below
It covers what's expected - great drill, great hammer drill, and more importantly jackhammer! The hammer drill with the weight and handle behind your hold has amazing drilling capabilities. Was able to go into concrete and solid stone with no problem whatsoever - honestly, I was blown away. I've had some smaller versions of a hammer drill that really haven't produced - this one is like having the power of Thor in your hands. It's not too big and overwhelming but has enough power and weight to get most jobs done with no problem. The extras that come with this kit are 3 drill heads, 2 jackhammer plungers, and extra head, and an amazing case that has plenty of storage. Also comes with an additional 2 brush heads for the motor and lubrication oil and the head exchange wrench. Pros: - This thing is perfectly weighted in your hand whether pointing to the ground or hold straight out. Nice balance, they worked hard to make it feel great. - The power and control of the trigger are great - All of the different modes work amazing - The case is really well built - The machine feels well-built but not to heavy Cons: - It could've come with eye protection but maybe I'm over thinking this - if you're buying this, you're more than likely a pro or already have protective wear. For sure wear eye protection, I've actually found that wearing my shooting headphones is necessary when jacking up concrete - nothing unexpected there. For the money you can't go wrong - I was second guessing as soon as I hit the buy button for the cost of this hammer drill - glad I have it in my arsenal of tools now for sure. If you're looking - add to cart and hit checkout. Thanks AOBEN for a nice machine.

OK for the price
Bought this tool for one purpose, one project and was scared whether it would survive because it was the cheapest, I could find. To my surprise, not only did it perform perfectly, but appears will last for several projects. One thing to note, the instructions sucked regarding loading a tool into the unit. It took me some time to figure it out as the actions required in no way resembles the instructions. Simply push the chuck all the way down, insert tool until it clicks, then release. The tool is locked in place at this point. I was not able to adjust the position of my chisel, so had to hold the unit in an awkward position to get the right angle of attack. Rated this a 4 because the price makes me think it won't last near as long as a quality brand, but is great if you only need it for a couple or projects.

search youtube to learn how to operate this.
amazing deal. high powered and worked for what I needed to do. I had 4 big concrete patio supports that I dug out of the ground. they were too heavy to transport so I wanted to break them apart. I did need a sledgehammer a couple times since the drill bit got stuck deep in the concrete. I recommend searching on youtube for instructions for how to use this model drill. the instruction manual provided is basically useless.

Easy to use and a real workhorse!
After living with a small master bathroom for years, I decided to do some major demo in preparation of some serious remodeling. I needed to remove a shower pan, lots of old tile and trench the concrete for new plumbing. At first I tried a sledge hammer - but that got old in a hurry. After some research, I found this rotary hammer drill and I couldn't be happier. Instead of muscle power, this drill removed the old tile (very strong tile, 50 years old) with ease. Next came the shower pan, which this tool demolished with ease. The toughest part of my job is now picking up all the concrete remains and getting them to the dumpster outside! As the video and other reviewers recommended, I let the rotary hammer drill do its work for me. I chipped up the shower pan with ease, working methodically a few inches at a time. I was amazed at how easy the process was. The sledge hammer is now collecting dust from the concrete removal that the drill is producing. The only caution that I have is to make sure that you use the lubricant on a regular basis, not the oil that the owners manual suggests. Other than that, I highly recommend this versatile rotary hammer drill, a very economical alternative to rental!

Couldn't lock the bits
I never even used this drill because I couldn't get their own drill bits to lock in the SDS chuck. Let me first say I'm a handyman of over 20 years and used many drills, but never an SDS. I tried to read the manual in broken English (attached photo) but what I read didn't work (stop lever?). Then I searched on the Amazon web page and searched reviews and then asked Rufus (Amazon AI tool). Rufus said to simply pull the collar back and insert the bit then let it go back which was totally different than the manual. Didn't matter - didn't lock either. Then I searched online for videos and they all showed people using the drill but not inserting and locking the drill bits. Then I searched for how to lock the bit and found several different ways to install SDS bits but none of them locked the bits on this drill. I then contacted product support and no help. I then just returned it frustrated. Getting a new drill locking the drill bit should be a brainless 2 second switch not 30 minutes of frustration trying to figure it out and a return. Maybe that's why it was marked down on sale.
