I have used all different kinds of resistance bands to enhance several different workout programs. I have used the tube style resistance bands with handles, resistance loops, made both with cloth and elastic material or just plain latex loops. I was really surprised at how much easier these straps are to use. In order to do certain Pilates moves, I tried substituting my loops or tube style bands. Bad idea! That's a good way to get snapped in the face at a high velocity. What I like the most about these bands is that they offer three different resistance levels in one pack, and even if you choose to say, use the lightest resistant band, if you grasp the band closer to your foot when you're pulling back, you add resistance without needing to get up and change bands. I recommend starting with the light or medium resistance bands, and keeping both beside your mat while doing the routine. They seem extremely well made. I like to keep my Pilates equipment clean by spraying it with a vinegar and water mixture. I was able to clean these with a soft cloth and let them air dry without any problem. I hope to be using these for a long time. They also come with a really nice nylon bag, so I can roll them up and store them. The colors are vibrant, and you can easily tell which is which. They go according to the color spectrum: the lightest shade of purple is the lightest resistance level; the darkest shade of purple is the strongest resistance. They are long, so you can always loosen your grip for lighter resistance if you have knee or shoulder issues.

**UPDATE** It's been almost a month and a half of using these every other day. And to be transparent, I'm kind of lazy so when I say I use them I'm using them for 10-15 minutes. BUT with that being said I do notice a difference in the areas I'm targeting. I see zero difference in the product itself, aside from stray cotton or maybe one of my long head hairs on it randomly. Which should be a warning if you have long hair... put it up before using it near elastic type bands 😆. Still give this product 5/5 stars and am now recommending it to family and friends. I ordered this to use alongside pelvic floor therapy after my 2nd cesarean delivery. My physical therapist recommended I also work out at home and said to get these or the rope looking ones. I really like how each one is a different color with its coordinating strength labeled. The colors are pretty too. I also unfurled them, just balled them up, and put them back in the bag it came with to see how they fit. They hold up really well. I will update if product tears or cracks but I kind of doubt it would be anytime soon as long as I use them as intended.

These are great, strong, and the colors are vibrant, but they are a bit long for me. Not sure if I didn't read the description closely enough or if it wasn't stated, but I'm short, so just about anyone else who's taller than 5'1" will probably find them just right!
