solvent is great. removed what I needed to get out which was hard. the solvent worked well on stain. this solvent has been around quite some time and is good price wise as well.

This spray cleaner is an excellent product. Not cheap but it works very effectively. We used it on new stains on floor rugs, not old stains, and it lifted the stains completely. We completed the job by vacuuming the rug after it had dried and it looked like nothing had ever happened there. I needed, we would definitely the product again.

First, let me say that I DID NOT receive this product for free or discounted, nor was I solicited in ANY way to review this product. You can see my purchase is VERIFIED. Further, my purchase was 100% INDEPENDENT and so are my opinions. That out of the way, I would say that this is one of those rare products I wish I could give a higher rating than 5 stars for! I have included a few pictures.... wish I would have taken even more before and afters because it worked that well. My carpet is very high end "sculpted berber" in case that helps you compare what you have. It is a sort of darker tan with flecks of turquoise color - about 10 years old. (yes, it's ready for replacement) I have pretty much tried about every carpet cleaner out there trying to remove old stains. I suspect the biggest issues I had were old "puppy potty training" stains, but who can know for sure this long ago... Anyway... please see my pictures to see what I did. I purchased the pump spray and the aerosol "foam" spray Blue Magic... Pump version vs foam.... For a second you can see the exactly where the foam sprayed... maybe there is an advantage in knowing were the bulk of the product sprayed for a brief second... however, I didn't see any real difference in stain lifting ability. Also, I did purchase a soft, hand held scrub brush to do a light scrub before blotting the product off. Once I saw how quickly and efficiently it remove those gray, plate size spots (about 6 were in the area shown in "after" shot - wish I would have taken a before shot of the whole area), I got braver and tried on a really dark brown drip spot (who knows what it was - I suspect my husband) - I had to do a couple of treatments and use the scrub brush, but it lifted even that stain! Oh... also on the brush, I had purchased the Resolve system (foam cleaner with attached to a long handled scrub brush - so you can stand while scrubbing) and I have taken to using that and then patting with a paper towel and my feet... It's hard for me to get down on my hands and knees. This has worked so well my neighbor borrowed to try on a stain she's had for years. She reports with a couple of treatments it lifted the old mystery stain right up. It does have a slight odor... but not a bad one... clean smelling in my opinion. But I would not report that it has a freshening ability. I was worried it smell chemically and am I happy to report that it does not. It says "removes stains in one step - no vacuuming required." It's actually a couple of steps in my estimation... Apply the product... scrub...(or not - your choice)...wait 30 seconds (15 seconds on a fresh stain).... and then blot, firmly, several times. You can decide if that is "one" or more steps. It also warns that you should test your carpet before using.... I did not.... only because we are going to replace it and it was my thought it can't be worse than it already is... But I do recommend following their directions. As with all chemicals it says to keep out of reach of children. I never hesitate to update my reviews should new info seems useful. Further, I did NOT receive compensation of ANY kind for my review. It's the best spot cleaner I have used

this removed a 6 month old pizza sauce stain out of beige carpet ! i was amazed. the directions say to spray stain & blot up_ that may work for fresh stains. but for my old, tomato based stain- i had to spray- scrub with stiff brush- & then go over the area with my carpet cleaner (loaded with just plain water) so that i could rinse & suck up the spray/stain/water_ i imagine you could also use a wet/dry vac_ __i had dropped a ramekin cup of pizza sauce on the carpet- & it splattered several spots in an area about the size of a bath towel_ By my going over it with the bissell carpet cleaner- i was able to rinse the residue out of the carpet & not worry about it attracting new dirt. the area came perfectly clean & soft. in Nov 2014 i paid just under $8_ plus an extra discount for using 'subscribe & save'_ _Order Summary Item(s) Subtotal: $7.99 Shipping & Handling: $0.00 Subscribe & Save: -$1.20 Total before tax: $6.79 Estimated tax to be collected: $0.00 Grand Total: $6.79 & it's a large can- i didn't have to use much- so it will last a long time. it sprays foamy- so i suppose you could also use this for high traffic areas, pre-treater & small rugs_ not just spots. i'd also consider using/having a way to rinse with clean water & extract the cleaner/water/stain. i would highly recommend- it worked better than i thought it would. if you can get this for $10-ish (up or down a couple bucks)- i would consider it a fair/good buy. i hope some of the info i've shared has been helpful 2 U_ thanks

This stuff is amazing buy it now! My dog loves to puke only in my light grey living room rug and bedroom carpet…I bought this in hopes it would take up the latest round of puke and then used it on older stains too and they are all gone! Buying a back up bottle to have on hand.

Cleaned a spot for the second time - used a bit more spray 2nd time around - did the job fabulously !!

It was really terrible product. I sprayed it on my old stained spot and I thought it would work.I used a brush to brush the spot that I sprayed and the stain getting bigger and bigger and leaved out a big yellow stain. Never ever use this again!!!

Didn't remove the stain. Not impressed.
