They don't care
Had problems with the phone from day one . Offered to repair. I want a refund or repair or replacement. No empathy from company.

Heute am 1.nov 2025 gleich wie bei galaxy note 9 das ich vorher hatte, da war das schon nach 1 jahr drückt der accu die verklebte gehäuseabdeckung Auf der Rückseite den Deckel hoch. Man hat Angst es explodiert gleich obwohl es noch funktioniert. Lässt sich aber nur mehr bis 85% aufladen. Samsung War mal sehr gut aber ist für mich ein Grund nie wieder Samsung zu kaufen. Ich werde jetzt auf iphone umsteigen und nicht über Amazon bestellen, die können zwar nichts dafür aber sie sollten solche Geräte einfach nicht mehr anbieten.
