I bought a wireless charger receiver for my aunt's older Samsung phone, and it has been a great solution! The receiver easily attaches to the charging port of her phone, and it allows her to use wireless charging without needing a new phone. The setup was quick and simple, and it connected to her wireless charging pad without any issues. Since she’s used to the convenience of wireless charging with her newer devices, this receiver has made it much easier for her to charge her older phone in the same way. The charging speed is good, and the receiver doesn't interfere with her phone's performance. She’s really happy with how it works, and it’s been a convenient and affordable way to update her phone’s charging capability. If you have an older phone that doesn’t support wireless charging, this receiver is a great option to bring it up to date!

Editing for an update... it overheated and now no longer works. Be warned. I guess third time is a charm. The first two receivers I ordered from different sellers weren't that great- one was slow at charging and would overheat my phone and the other one just stopped working all together. This adapter works great even with the case! Thank you so much!

Bought this for my Pixel 3A XL, and it works great. It is very slim, hardly more than a piece of paper. That makes it possible to attach it to the phone and then put the phone back into my phone case. And forget and forget about it. I just toss the phone, without removing it from the case, onto the wireless charger, and shazam, it's charging. The message at the bottom of the phone just says "Charging". On higher powered wired chargers, it says "Charging fast" or "Charging super fast", so this charger isn't either of those, but who cares? My car came with a wireless charger built in, and now when I get in the car, I just throw my phone onto it, and it charges some amount while I drive, and that's very handy. Most of the phone apps that I would use while in the car are available through the car's interface, like Navigation, so no need to have the phone out and floating around the cabin. It does get fairly warm, but so far nothing to get alarmed about. I would not say it gets hot. And it's actually nice in the winter time to get out of the car and stick a warm phone in my pocket or just hold it in my hand.

Good: This charger successfully charged pixel 4a and pixel 6a phones, which are not compatible with many other wireless charging receivers you can get on Amazon. Bad: the charger failed (stopped charging) after 6 weeks. The cable leading to the connector is super thin and I abused it a lot, constantly plugging and unplugging for various uses. I think you may have better luck if you just plug it in, keep it sheltered under a phone case, and never touch it.

I wish more phone providers would get wireless charging into value level phones. Reserving that for high-end phones is for the birds. This is a GREAT solution to that problem. I was a little skeptical on this at first, but we ordered new living room furniture that has wireless charging pads built into it, and I wanted to try it out before it arrives to see if it's worth making this change on the whole family's phones or finding a way to retrofit cable-based charging. This is totally worth it. The unit is small, fits inside my case with no overheating issues or installation problems. The cable is sufficiently long to slip right around the bottom of the phone and have the tab inserted into my USB-C port with no issues. The one "problem" I do have is that the nub is so small and flush to the bottom of the phone/case, it is challenging to remove it when I need to revert back to cable-based charging like in the car. We purchased a number of Yootech charging pads to accompany this and placed them in mine and my wife's bedroom and our offices to make things as convenient as we could, and wireless charging kicks backside. These charge faster than any of my cabled connections, to boot. I wasn't expecting that at all, since I have some cables using quick charge warts. But even off non-qc warts, this charges both our Motorola phones way faster. We have some first-gen outlets with USB ports installed over our night stands, and used that to plug the charging pads into, and both our G7 Motorola phones go from 10% or less to full charge in roughly an hour, and they don't get hot. Really great product. Will be buying for all the kids' phones next.

My old spare phone is a Moto G Stylus 2020 with a case on it. This is working great with a wireless charging stand that I also bought. I've been plugging and unplugging it for years and the charging port was starting to wear out. This took care of that problem and is also much easier.

Insulating wire covering failed in a week with connector plug to USB, then only would discharge battery not charge it. Sent it back. Will see if the refund will finalize..

Found it kind of off centre as the coil inside was not sealed in the middle. Could be more carefully constructed and perhaps a bit longer & durable. Works but not very pleased with the quality. Ooh, no adhesive or method to secure - Connection can tear if it frequently shifts.

I used it as an adaptor for charging my phone.
