This has been great. For the price point its helped me a lot with my cars and friends and family's cars as well. Good, sturdy, has been reliable. I like that updates can be done through the PC.

The 5410 unit worked perfectly on our 2013 jeep grand cherokee. I needed the upgraded 5610 model for the brake bleed and that was my mistake. This scanner did everything it said it would do, and instantly paid for itself. I would of kept it because it worked so well if I hadn't needed the upgraded model but I didn't need 2. It is a great investment. Update: I have since gotten the 5610 model and it is fabulous. Did the break bleed as needed and pinpointed the exact abs sensor that was giving us issues. We were able to fix all errors and clear all codes. It paid for itself within the first use! No subscription needed- optional app to store info and give fix it suggestions. I would definitely recommend this product to people I know.

WORKED PERFECTLY!

I purchased this for a check engine light fixed the problem. Chose this one because it says it does functional ABS 3 Months later I had an ABS problem It will read codes but no function test like bleeding ABS 30 day return from Amazon and manufacturer has no satisfaction guarantee. Talked with customer support and they were very rude they closed the chat and will not send copy of the chat like they are supposed to. Also the scanner says it will clear codes in description but fails to say it won't clear any permanent codes. You have to download the manual online after purchasing to find this out. Very Dissatisfied with PRODUCT and MANUFACTURER
