So far very good!! Came uncharged, plugged it in and loaded up quick. Not sure yet how long til fully charged, charger for laptop was brand new. Just received today so its only been on charger 30 minutes. I literally went by the good reviews for this laptop. It came pretty quick, outer package was a little flimsy, but inside definitely high quality bubble wrap. It looks so brand new for refurbished. Needed it for studying. I have high speed connection, but using my house wifi to connect it right now to see how well it works, I really like it. Let's see how it goes. Great buy for the price, good deal.

Update 2 I've changed it to 5 stars. I'm not sure the issues before were a hardware issue. After some Chromebook updates they are working perfectly fine. No internet issues. No software issues. In the end these were a great purchase. They are still working for online school and online college classes. Original Review Below After nearly a year of intermittent internet its somehow corrected its self. The internet dropping is no longer an issue except when using data. So, ok I suppose. I bought 2 of these. 1 for my son and 1 for my husband. Both for school purposes. My husbands chromebook worked for a little while now the internet connection drops every 30 seconds. He can not get any work done. It's only his laptop. No other device does this. Hours spent on forums do not fix the problem which seems to be hardware based. My son's chromebook works just fine. A tad slow but not unexpected at the price. With these odds there is no point in buying this chromebook.

This has been an amazing little laptop so far. My daughter purchased it for college and it has been great for her school work. All of their work, lessons, and books are online so this laptop worked out for that. Not to mention she was on a tight budget. I recommend purchasing renewed all the way.

This laptop is definitely a good one for a decently cheap price. I was trying to find a cheap good laptop that worked well for what I needed it for which was work and school obviously this is not a laptop to be a pro gamer on but If you’re getting this for a kid/teen it would work well with a couple games that they might want for sure or even watching shows when traveling. I saw a lot of people say the battery life wasn’t good on with the laptop after a while so I’ll come back in a month to give an update though if it is such a huge deal maybe get a portable charger and carry the charger with you.

It was a refurbished computer first of all it was duplicate order unfortunately the first set of laptops I didn't see the second one cuz I just gave them to my daughter in the box but one of them are not working properly the screen was jacked up it was a product I wouldn't have sent to a customer I don't care how much it cost the second computer seems to be working fine the second set of computers that didn't show up in all the orders came finally 2 days ago way better shape and came exactly like it said silver instead of black they look newer so needless to say I'm just waiting for the seller to send a shipping label so I can send the first set back

Overall, this was so worth it. It’s battery life lasts approximately 8 to 10 hours for me while I stream videos or write. The only thing is that the touchscreen is nonexistent, I completely forgot it had a touchscreen until I went to actually post this review. Because out of the things you could write for five stars one of the options was touchscreen. However, touchscreen has never worked for me. That aside the only other imperfection, was a missing grip. (The things that stop it from sliding)

La tengo desde septiembre y quería probarla antes de dar una opinión, la verdad es que me llego como nueva, físicamente estaba impecable y por dentro todo funcionaba bien. Ahora bien, está laptop me funciona para lo que realmente la compré, universidad y algunas cosas de trabajo. Lo que quiero decir con esto es que no se si con juegos o algo así funcionaría. La batería dura lo suficiente como para no estar pegada al toma corriente, lo único que se me complicó un poco fue el sistema operativo chromeOs pero ya lo manejo perfectamente 😅 por el precio la verdad es que es buena máquina, espero les ayude a decidirse. Plus; es delgada y no pesa tanto, siempre la llevo conmigo y no me cansa como la que tenía anteriormente.
