Use DISTILLED water. You can either spray the water on the outside, or use a teaspoon to add it to the inside, however be aware that some of the beads may jump out if you open it since it's filed to the brim and they are light. When the beads turn clear, spray them again. They turn white when they are saturated. This is the perfect size for a small wooden box. I taped it to the inside top of the box to make it into a humidor, and added a small padlock hasp to the outside of the box. 60-65% RH is ideal for high-quality medical Cannabis. Don't use a cedar box for Cannabis - go with something neutral like Mahogany. Store the bud in small open glass or metal containers with medical info on labels.

does do a decent job regulation rh in my humidor. it's nice thst you can re wet it instead of having to buy a new one when it dries out.

Wont keep humidor at 70%.
