Egg-tastic!
This egg cooker is so convenient and such a time saver. I can cook a dozen eggs without watching for boiling water. It's a set it and forget it style of cooking eggs. There is a timer that beeps fairly loud when they are done. It doesn't stop alerting you until you turn the machine off. Occasionally, the egg white will bubble out of the hole you pop on the eggs but I usually just peel off the over flow part and use the rest of the egg. The hole popper is easy to use because it only allows you to puncture the shell to a specific depth. At first I wasn't puncturing deep enough. I now just keep pushing until the plastic meets the shell. As far as peeling the eggs, I have farm fresh eggs from my backyard chickens. What I have been reading is that older eggs are easier to peel. Store bought tend to be older and therefore easier to peel. I have done with or without the ice bath and it's hit or miss. I am inclined to agree that fresher eggs are harder to peel.

Make lots of hard boiled eggs easily.
This was one of those purchases you make because you happen to see it and it intrigues you enough to want to give it a try on prime days so I was not expecting much. I have to say though, I am happy I added it to my cart. I have used it at least 5 times since I bought it and it really makes a nice way to make some hard boiled eggs. It’s fairly easy and doesn’t make a huge mess or take forever so that is a big bonus for me. We like to make egg salad and deviled eggs but rarely do because it just seems like a chore, ya know? With this I have been making up the whole dozen and marking that carton HB for hard boiled in the fridge and then just use what we need for a few days to make quick deviled eggs or egg salad. I have not tried the omlet making yet or steamed anything in it (yeah.. it can do that stuff too) but I do not foresee any difficulties. The egg maker is well made and compact enough that it doesn’t hog up the all important counter or cupboard space. It is easy to clean and comes with everything you need but the eggs and some water. Highly recommend. Thanks for reading my review and I hope it helps you in some way as I count often on the reviews to decide what item to purchase myself. Have a lovely day.

Good value for the money.
The item is super easy to use, and works great. The heater plate at the bottom does need to be cleaned regularly as the minerals from the eggshells do drip into it, causing a buildup of burnt minerals. Also, if an egg cracks enough to drip its contents into the water, you get a very stinky, burnt mess. So careful egg inspection is important. Other than that, the product is great! We've been eating a lot of eggs and using it over and over. Definitely worth the money.

Almost as good as the infomercial
Much smaller than I expected which was great. Takes up hardly any room on the counter. The inserts for the poached eggs or omelette are super tiny as well. Definitely individually sized (about the size of the palm of your hand). I bought it strictly for making hard boiled eggs so that's all I tested it for. The top line on the water filler cup is supposed to be for hard boiled eggs but it only steamed for 8.5min and produced a little over med boiled eggs. 2nd attempt I put in not quite 1/2 an inch Above the top line indicator on the water filler cup and it steamed for just at 11min and the eggs were Perfectly Hard Boiled. On the bottom of the water filler cup is a needle to poke a hole in the big end of the egg. I did 1/2 the eggs with the hole and 1/2 the eggs without the hole and saw no difference between them. So personally I will not be doing the hole. They did seem to feel much easier than when I use the traditional way of boiling in the pot (also using my ice bath both ways) but I have ordered thee Negg egg peeler and will review it after I receive it too Hope this review helps someone. I would definitely recommend this little machine just for a time saver over the stove top method.

Works but burns
It works but the water burns at the bottom and would leave burn marks on the egg.

Terrific little kitchen appliance!!
First time using it, I read and followed the instructions as written. The only thing I changed was the amount of water for a 2 egg omelet. I just didn't feel like it was sufficient cause it didn't cover the whole bottom of the heating area. So I added just a touch more so that there was water covering all surfaces of the heating area. Put my 2 eggs, with cheese, in the omelet pan that I'd sprayed with a little Pam. I have to tell you this is the fastest most delicious, fluffy omelet I've ever made! And the easiest, fastest clean up!! I will absolutely be using this very often. To those that said the omelet pan melted on the bottom, I think it's because they did not put it on top of the little egg holder thing. You have to do that otherwise, it definitely will melt. I would highly recommend this product!

Do not full yourselves by the size! It works really well! In the cottage, in the kitchen if you really serve your family a great Sunday brunch or nice poached eggs, in no time without any mess. Easy to clean and store! I also tried steaming half small cabbage, broccoli and corn! In no time, healthy salad and side dishes with this little kitchen tool! It can be also a great Christmas gift for mothers ☺️ Highly recommended
