Loved it! Works great and has amazing accuracy! Definitely worth it! Make sure to close the ball door though. Otherwise it won’t turn on.

Works great. You have to close the side orange slide door all the way or the gun will not work. It is in the instructions. Good thing I read them.

Dear parents, tired of Nerf guns not going the full distance. Does your Nerf gun lack accuracy and distance. Tired of your your children beating you at all Nerf wars. Well this is the solution to all your problems. Its loud. Its fast. Oh and its very accurate. This nerf rival can knock out your children from a safe distance. This motorized nerf rival has a little more kick to it than the spring loaded ones. I highly recommend it. The only dislike I have is it only has a 12 round capacity, in other words for a semi automatic motorized nerf gun, you will be reloading quite frequently. I highly recommend buying more nerf ammunition and nerf goggles when using this. Other reviews complain that this gun doesn't work when they first try it. I had the same issue at first, then I closed the orange door and then it worked fine. Make sure you hear the click on the orange door. Parents its time we put our children back in their place and take back what is ours. Have fun play safe!

Important note if your having trouble!!! We could not get it to work, assumed it was defective. Then I read a review... the access door must be closed... UNTIL you hear it click!!! Or the motor won’t turn on. Now it’s super fun. Have not used it long enough to have an opinion on battery life but now that it’s running, it’s FUN!

This is a great blaster for big or small kids. It shoots fast and straight, it’s easy to reload even with small hands, and it eats batteries. Kids don’t buy batteries so they love it. I give it 5 stars because of the price and delivery speed. I bought it used like new for a huge discount so thank you to the person who didn’t get the access door all the way shut and returned it claiming it was DOA.

We are a nerf family and own many Nerf blasters - including the standard dart blasters, but this blaster is absolute garbage. A month ago we were having an outside nerf war and I had my Perses Rival blaster. The wife and three kids had their rival blasters (oldest had his Zeus) and I was wrecking them. Then the wife mentioned that she wanted to get some flywheel blasters for the rest of the family to even out the odds. I suggested the nerf rival charger since it is easy to load for little kids and was new. So we ordered two of them and ordered her an Adventure Force gun. Well a couple weeks later during the Covid crisis we we got the two new Charger rival guns. Not even an hour into play (first day the gun arrived new) and one just stopped working - yes I put fresh batteries in it. I tired the jam door and reloading it, but the motor quit working. We immediately sent it back for a replacement and just got that today. Now the next one, my daughters, today hers quit working just like the first one. I tried everything again including changing batteries. The motor just stopped working and it was a dead blaster. The original replacement arrived today as previously stated. We did not even take it out of the shipping box. We are now sending the second one back and not even trying to use the third. There is something fundamentally wrong with how they made this blaster. This is the first by one I have had a faulty nerf blaster. I would recommend if you read the review get on the nerf forums and share this. We will definitely be looking for something different since this design had some failure in the manufacturing. Share with Hasbro. When the gun works it shoots pretty accurately, but not worth having to ex chi ange them every couple of weeks. 0 stars!!!!

At first this gun didnt work then I reilized that the jam door wasnt fully closed,after I fixed that small problem the charger was an amazing gun

It holds about 15 shots and is loaded from the top. It's a bit noisy when it revs up. It kind of has range, but because it drains the battery at unbelievably annoying rates, it doesn't matter. So with mediocre battery usage, an annoying reload, and non-rechargeable batteries (sold separately), I'd say this is good for a starter gift and nothing more. I'd buy this as something to get someone into nerf, or as a birthday present for a young kid. But other than that, it's pretty useless after about 2 hours of continual usage.

This rifle is perfect! Don’t listen to the other comments and listen to my advice. When you receive the package, check the entire box, the promised balls are in the bottom in a small compartment. For those complaining that the rifle does not work, make sure that the small orange door on the right side of the rifle is closed; it will make a small *click* when it closes completely. Otherwise, the gun mechanism will not activate. For batteries, I recommend the Duracell; it lasts longer and they are not expensive. [DON’T FORGET THAT THE PRODUCT NECESSITE C BATTERIES]. If you have followed all my advice, you are good to go with a perfectly working nerf gun!

Super Rival blaster but seems to get through C battery's pretty quickly.
