Nice upgrade for my classic Aeron chair
I recently purchased a refurbished Aeron chair and the casters it came with were crap. I don't think they were OEM casters. They were hard plastic and made rolling on my tile floor very rough.These new casters were easy to install and make rolling around much nicer. The swivel on these are ball bearing (I believe) and that makes them much more maneuverable.Highly recommended.

Took off my old noisy wheels (tile floor) and replaced them with these... wow, such an improvement. Great quality, easy to install, and has a great price.

Almost Perfect for Herman Millar Aeron Replacement Wheels
Good quality and fit on install easily. When rolling over a bump there is a slight clicking noise due to the wheel post rattling. The box says they're universal wheels, so they're close to perfect fit for our Aeron office chair. Example of the clicking noise is if you rolled between hardwood floors and an area rug; we don't notice it during normal use whatsoever but if you're rolling between thresholds, just be aware of this beforehand. I would buy again and recommend.

Does not work on carpeted floor
Does not work well on carpeted floor, and the wheels are not feet friendly, I've hurt my feet bunch of times now... and I ended up getting a hard surface chair mat and switching back to original wheels..

Great product not needed
I had to buy these with my headrest, very dumb. I just needed the headrest. The wheels I will probably change back to the original plastic ones, I am on carpet and not the casino kind. Sure they roll well, right over your foot, bumps whatever but they don't turn well. They are excellently made, high quality and probably great for some but I didn't need them so it was an extra cost tacked on my order that I couldnt remove.
