Travelpro Platinum Magna 2 | 25-Inch Express Spinner

Very roomy, held more than enough for a 10 day trip to Alaska. There is a nice zippered roll out section for dresses or a suit as well, and lots of zippered pockets for odds and ends. Wheels roll smoothly and seem sturdy, and handles extend and retract easily. Inside is nicely finished with a silky lining. I like it, and plan to purchase the carry on as well for my next trip.

Traveled throughout Europe for 3 weeks with this bag. Over tough terrain, hotels, streets, trains etc. AWESOME, never had an issue and was super easy to roll. My wife had a Samsonite which really illustrated how much better this unit is. The Samsonite constantly was a battle and the handle would flex significantly when under pressure, which was often since it would never roll properly. The Travel pro handle was rigid did not show any flex under load, and operated smoothly all the time. If you have traveled through Europe you know you will likely be pushing your suitcase down cobblestone streets at least once. That is the test of a great suitcase. This model was awesome. So happy I sold my Tumi carryon and bought the smaller carry on version as well

Bought this for international travel and have not been disappointed. Even when loaded to the max with my military uniforms/boots/gear still glides smoothly across most any surface. Handles well, hasn't shown any damage (I've flow internationally 3 times since I bought it in June). I bought a higher priced competitors piece (2x's this cost) and loaded it up...it did not roll as well as this when fully loaded. This is worth the cost and so far has been a great travel bag.

After enjoying the features and durability of the Magna 2 spinner carry on, I needed to replace my larger suitcase. I tried to match colors, but the red is prohibitively more expensive if you can find it. I tried a Platinum Elite, but the Magna 2 handles and fabric are far superior. I’m cruising twice this summer and love the suiter (dress) holder built as a part of the bag, no second crappy piece. This is the perfect size for long trips while being maneuverable.

This is everything all the most positive reviews say it is: handsome, light, well-made, smooth-rolling, spacious. Haven't had it long enough to say how durable it will prove to be. I've had no trouble with its rolling where I want it to or tipping. This replaced a 21- or 22-inch bag and it seems almost too large for me, can be heavy when fully packed.

This bag is amazing. The wheels slide so easily, I can let go of the handle and the bag will follow me at my pace for several feet before slowing down. It has tons of space and great internal organization. It easily held two weeks worth of clothing including multiple formal outfits. Zippers slide easily, and the handle is both smooth and sturdy. It's everything I've ever looked for in a piece of luggage.

Bought this bag to replace another name brand 4-wheeler and I prefer the TravelPro over the others. Well made design and holds a lot of clothes. Have only had it for a little over one month, but it still looks new after being handled by several airport baggage attendants. The wheels are the best part of the bag. The bag stays in the same line as you walk with it through the airport. Highly recommend.

Loved the suitcase until I got home. One zipper pull broken and the whole mechanism was broken off. How can this be fixed? I feel I paid for a sturdy case. Now I find it is not constructed with care. Too too bad. I will buy cheaper suitcases in the future as you do NOT get what you pay for!

Purchased as a replacement to our favourite Victorinox roller bag that lasted about 15 years (10 of really heavy use). First few trips with the Travelpro have gone smoothly and the bag is equally spacious as the Victorinox. The Magna-trac wheels make it a pleasure to use and initial quality is very high.

Received my Travelpro a day before a week long business trip to Toronto. Upon first glance I found the bag to be of top quality with excellent workmanship. The bag is nice and deep with a lot of compartments. Easily handled a weeks worth of clothing. The spinner wheels are everything they say they are. Well worth the money.

Excellent luggage. Took it on a trip to Europe for a week and loved it. A little on the heavy side, but for check in it was fine. Very well made. The luggage itself was exactly as expected. The wheels are very smooth. Only annoyance was that it included a voucher for a lock, but it was US only and delivery to US address - clearly Travelpro is not thinking of the Canadian market. Not sure why they even included the voucher! I had deduct 1 star not for the luggage, but for Travelpro not including a lock with it at this price for Canadians!

At first we tried the 29" spinner and found it way too large for our use. Then we ordered the 25" and it's perfect. Still a large suitcase but manageable...and the quality that we've come to expect from TravelPro. I would highly recommend this model and size.

Wider and deeper than a normal suitcase this size but it fits lots and is lightweight. I generally only travel with carryon but this is perfect for longer trips and vacations. Arrived early.
