I have tried every kinda crossfit glove you can imagine and could not find a pair that made me happy since I have small hands none felt satisfying I never had the right grip to complete a full circuit, these spider chalk hand grips fit like a glove they feel like my skin on the bar on the kettlebells the dumbbells and they last for my entire workout! I strongly recommend them. they do kinda bunch up when I am at the pull up bar but if you slide your fingers thru your palm and fix the bunch after each set they stay on and keep you going now that is well worth the purchase to me ! Try them you will never go to the gym without a set of these in your bag again !

As soon as your hands sweat even a little bit they come off your palm, they stay in place on your fingers and wrist though. I was expecting more from this product but I would say somebody else might have a better experience if their hands don’t sweat as much as mine!

The only hand protection that didn't feel like wearing a thick glove and lasted the whole workout. Wash your hands before applying the tape and like all kinesiology tape rub it to make it stick. I like these better than other tape grips.

These do not stay on. They fell off after my first pull up. I wrapped them around my wrist and stuck them back to the tape from the other side. No luck. Waste of money.
