These are great for my cafes. They are strong enough to hold up to sanitizers and cleansers.

These are pretty strong towels, better than a typical paper towel in many respects. I don't think they're as absorbent as a good-quality household paper towel. They also have surprisingly large holes, so you have to fold them over a few times to protect your hand from whatever you're wiping up (luckily, they come out of the box folded in half twice). The biggest downside is they leave long hair-like fibers behind when you wipe a rough surface! I bought these hoping they'd be lint-free for wiping out cast iron pans, but they do not work at all for this task. If you're wiping a smooth surface like a countertop or glass, they're pretty great.

They are strong, but they leave strands of the towel behind, especially if you use it on a rough surface like certain cutting boards or cast iron. Seems kind of an issue for a Food Service towel.

Heavy duty and disposable kitchen towels are great for multi-purpose uses. Especially for lining the inside of crudité baskets and vessels for the sake of presentation.

Love these wash cloths. Sturdy and long lasting. Can hold up to sanitizer without falling apart.
