La Molisana Penne Rigate n.20 500g

I have bought many types of products from La Molisana, and it has always been my go-to choice for quality pasta. As always, the pasta has an excellent taste and texture. Goes perfectly with many dishes.

The Italian pasta was of good quality. In the shape of large tubes of pasta. A good large size meal. The taste was good. The pasta was value for money.

I purchased this because, for years and years, my family, and extended family used to visit a deli in Brighton where we could buy - what we called rigatoni, it made a very very special pasta - RIGS !!. The shop shut there was no more La Molisana rigs, but I saw this and thought I would try it - it is magic pasta, much smaller than the one we used to buy about half the size, but all the flavour, tolerance, and for a perfect Rigatoni bake - I wonder if they do a bigger one - that is not wholewheat :) - but it is ace - highly recommend.

My favourite pasta because it holds the sauce well.

Ho provato i Mezzi Rigatoni n.32 de La Molisana e sono davvero soddisfatto. La cottura è sempre perfetta: la pasta rimane al dente anche se la lascio cuocere qualche minuto in più del tempo indicato. La superficie rigata trattiene molto bene i sughi, rendendo ogni piatto gustoso e uniforme. Il prezzo è davvero competitivo considerando la qualità, e il formato dei mezzi rigatoni è versatile per qualsiasi tipo di condimento, dai sughi più cremosi a quelli più densi e corposi. Inoltre, la consistenza e la tenuta della cottura danno l’impressione di una pasta artigianale, pur essendo facilmente reperibile al supermercato. Sicuramente la ricomprerò e la consiglio a chi cerca un prodotto affidabile, gustoso e dal buon rapporto qualità-prezzo.

Il est dit dans l'annonce que c'est un lot de 8 alors qu'en réalité je n'ai reçu qu'un seul paquet impossible de retourner l'article et donc d'obtenir un quelconque remboursement. A éviter à tout prix.
