My son had very bad demineralization of his teeth. This toothpaste works great. And since it taste like chocolate he loves brushing his teeth.

I bought this Theodent fluoride-free chocolate toothpaste for my kids, and they are obsessed with it. The chocolate flavor makes brushing fun, and they actually ask to brush their teeth now. The texture is smooth and gentle, and I like that it’s fluoride-free but still designed to help protect their teeth. No complaints about burning or “spicy” taste like with some mint pastes. Overall, a great option if your child doesn’t like traditional flavors.

I purchased this because the tasty paste chocolate flavor one we usually buy was out, I am glad we came across this because it is WAY BETTER. The tasty paste tastes like Tootsie roll but this one tastes like an actual chocolate cupcake! Just make sure your kids don't want to actually eat it lol.

Great toothpaste! It helped my kids get into oral hygiene. The flavor is amazing, only complaint is the price. Otherwise I'd give it 5 stars!

Pros: I thought it tasted sweet and yummy! My 11 year old and 9 year old boys thought it tasted delicious, too. Floride-free! Doesn't foam much at all, which only means it doesn't contain an ingredient that creates foam, which I like :). You pull the lid off straight off. My son thought the lid was easy to remove compared to opening other toothpaste lids he's had to open. Cons: I don't like the lid. It is very thin plastic and doesn't stand on end, which means I have to store the toothpaste on its side. The lid is so thin, I wouldn't be surprised if it cracked in the future. Final Thoughts: I think this toothpaste tastes really good and is a nice change to the ho-hum of brushing, so I would recommend at least trying it once despite the high price. My boys are excited to use it, which makes me feel like they will actually use toothpaste instead of just "telling" me they used toothpaste ;). I do agree with other reviewers that my teeth "feel" different than when I use my other toothpaste, but my teeth still feel clean. Just not the same kind of clean (probably due to different ingredients in different toothpastes). I just started using this toothpaste, so I don't know if it whitens, or if it will help remineralize my teeth (trying to heal cavities in-between my teeth). I'm going to switch back and forth daily between this toothpaste, and another toothpaste I like called "Cali White." I don't think I was exclusively using Cali White at my last dental appointment (so it's not Cali White's fault that I have cavities), but I'm not sure Cali White has any ingredients that help rebuild tooth enamel, so if my cavities have shrunk at my next dental appointment, I'm going to credit it to the Theodent toothpaste. My next appointment isn't until May, so I will update then :). Update: I now use a toothpaste called Apagard Premio to remineralize my teeth. I also use BITE toothpaste capsules. Both have the same ingredient to remineralize teeth. The chocolate toothpaste is still fun if you have a reluctant brusher.

WOW. I can't brush my teeth without extreme trouble. If I'm not allergic to the toothpaste, it tastes horrid and makes me gag. This stuff actually tastes like chocolate chip cookies. I love the magic rhyme on the box, too. and they fixed the lid!!

I've been struggling all my life with the mere thought of brushing my teeth, because mint makes my mouth feel sharp and sore (why yes, I am autistic, how'd you guess?). Since this tastes like a chocolatey cookie, it feels soft and pleasant in my mouth, and I've even enjoyed brushing morning and night since I got it. Absolute lifesaver, makes the day start so much better.

As an autistic person I was a bit sad that the design of the tube wasn't the same as shown in the pictures BUT apart from that I am simply greatful that this product exist since I've struggled my whole life with regularly brushing my teeth due to the my disabilities and mental illnesses and having a toothpaste that DOESN'T taste like mint really helps and I'm currently even looking forward to brushing my teeth. Seems like this product is always out of stock - but it really tastes like milk chocolate! Was great when you could get it - note to seller -bring it back!
