Product smells nice on the bed it helps relax you and if you have had a long day be sure to spray and relax and before you realize you are fast asleep.

If you’ve got profound insomnia, like I do, this is your product. You don’t need anything else, but this pillow spray it works great even sprayed on your clothes your body it will put you to sleep and keep you asleep. I have the worst insomnia.
