I bought it for her and she loved it. She had a difficult time mixing the colors to look right but she had fun with it and it wasn't to difficult

Like and giftable keeps kids busy for a while …. if colors did not need to be mixed to Obtain a third it would Be even easier

I was surprised for a painting to be advertised as my first paint by number kit that it included mixing two paints together for some of the colors. When I started my grandson on this project, he understood very well to choose the correct paint for the number. I did not notice the split numbers that resemble fractions. By the time I noticed that the colors were not coming out exactly as shown on the cover, he had already painted most of the picture. Also the porpoise is misnumbered. The purple comes out pink. Just a few hiccups but I expected a little more quality. Still, he had a great time painting and learned how to use a brush properly.

Fun activity for my 8 year old to complete on a very hot day...would be great for a rainy day as well. Easy to use. Easy to clean up and got his creative juices flowing.

I like this, but I wish it was a booklet of paintings and not one singular page. The one brush also didn't even last through painting the entire page and that was frustrating. It's cute, just not worth the money in my opinion.

Bought and gave as a birthday gift

This is a great beginner kit. It came in a timely manner and has the canvas, paints and brush. My granddaughter is 5 and had no trouble using the kit.

Very cute kit. Two printed sheets. One paper the other cardboard. My kid will LOVE this!

A 6-7a year old might like this but it may be a bit difficult for that age. The brushes and paints are adequate to accomplish a nice piece of art.
