It's rope. It does rope stuff. I feel like there are ropes out there that don't feel as nice as this rope. It's reasonably soft and smooth. It seems well with my sewing machine. Hasn't been caught or fallen apart or anything. It's a good thickness for making little coasters or baskets with fabric scraps wrapped around it. Seemed to be priced appropriately comparwd to other options. The spool hasn't unraveled. It's holding up well just by tucking the loose end in under another part. I'm not sure what else I could expect from some rope.

Very good price for amount and quality works well for macrame seems to last a long time but not expensive and works lovely on wall hangings Xmas trinkets for tree reccomend I've had this a few times prob will have it few times more This is great yarn and having 500 meter rolls it's great I'm slowly building up a good collection great for any size wall art as no way of running out best yarns and brilliant value all great colours thanks Amazon

Arrived in time and packaged well. Not used this type of yarn before. Wanted to crochet sturdy tote bag. Yarn much stiffer than I expected, more like thin rope. Not sure if I can crochet with it but probably good for more robust projects. Might try and separate strands to make it more pliable and benefit from twice as much thinner yarn.

Fantastic to work with

I bought this firstly for the price and because there’s 500 metres of cord on this roll. It isn’t the first roll I’ve bought. I’ve scoured the internet for value for money where this type of cord is concerned and in my opinion this is the best. It’s a really decent cord too. Perfect for macrame. I’ll probably buy another colour again soon.

Good

I read the reviews for this which were not great but decided to buy one anyway. It arrived yesterday and I started cutting for my project and needed over 100 meters. There were no knots throughout it so no waste. The cord is even and doesn’t thin out and is really soft which is great for your hands. I like it so much I have ordered more. EDIT. Finally used the last of this roll of cord and there is not 200m in it. Lucky if it’s 175. I was cutting at 4 meters and only got 40 lengths. Even if they are a bit more than 4 meters each, it would be a matter of mm so disappointed now. Amazon. You need to check this as other reviews advise the same.

I think the value of what you got is pretty reasonable I paid 1399 it’s soft and what was best it came way earlier than expected and I live in Ontario

Great quality

I got 5 mm cord and love it! It’s my second project and I wanted it big so I really like the results. It was a little messed up halfway through as you can see at the photo but nothing sturdy hand can’t fix. Overall I liked it because when I frenched it it stayed pretty straight (my previous 3 mm cord was curling and it pissed me off). Will definitely buy again!
