had a Galaxy A 10 e GB , nothing like the original one I own.
does not have the options that was on my phone. Can not retrive delete messages, don't need call balances, call reboost, care services, nor do I have QR code option. the phone is slow and it hesitates, whe n I'm in the middle of somthing. So many other options. too many to mention.I sent a messages a few weeks ago,to see if the seller could help with this matter..Would like another phone that would be replace with a another,like a phone similar to one that I had. Don't know where or how the seller received or got this phone. went to Verizon their is nothing they can do to chance or fix my issues. Please is there any thing that you can do to help with this matter. Hope that you can help me. Haven't heard the seller on this matter. I would like if the could responded to this text. Been to Verizon they can not fix the problems that I'm having. is their anyone that can help with this matter.Sincerely Mary Tsipouras 5-10-2024 How many times must I write you about the phone sold me,It's the worst of the worst. Sim tray not right fit
Hello received the phone but the sim tray couldn’t open properly and when finally did the tray broke right inside.Close inspection we found it wasn’t the right one. The phone is great and everything but could you send the original tray? We are unable to use it now.

It's a make-do-with-what-we-got type of phone. Not awful
The phone is a little glitchy but it works. I have had the worst luck with phones lately, so could definitely be user error. The package was delivered in a timely manner. At first, it wasn't compatible with Spectrum but would work. i couldn't receive calls or make them but I could text. Eventually after restarting if a few times, it worked. Everything else was fine.
