Fantastic value for money! These bands are meant for targeted glute work and are better for people who are intermediate or advanced in their workouts. Please don't buy if you don't know how to use them or are a complete beginner.. You also get a starter guide with the product. On the contrary, if you know how to use them, these bands are a blessing. You will see results from day 1. The resistance is amazing. It is very interesting to see that the longest one is actually the strongest one and the smallest one is the one with the least resistance.. Can I say first, you're not supposed to do the same exercises with them as you would with a normal resistance band. t's very specifically for legs/butt/thighs/glutes especially squats. I don't know what to tell you, but if you really cannot stretch them at all with your thigh muscles you really need to work on your basic leg strength. Anyway, these bands are super sturdy, comfortable and not only give amazing additional resistance during squats but also stabilize your form during the squats, making them more effective. I got a way better workout out of my squats by using them. One day latter I'm feeling muscles in my buttocks I never knew I had. I'm sold. This is great. Also at least my parcel came with a sheet of relevant exercises you can do with these bands. They work for all of the shown exercises. Great workout aid if used correctly.

Best product, but definitely not for beginner, non slippery, best for workout.
