Extremely poor. Do not buy. Ordered this item on Amazon and upon receiving it I opened it to see that the creatine powder was not in powdered form. It was rock solid and couldn’t be powdered/broken down. It was unusable. What’s the point in providing a scooper inside for a powder product if it’s not in powder form. Clearly it was a product well past its use-by date. Tried returning it but Amazon categorised this as a product that cannot be returned or money refunded. Do not buy unless you want to waste your money

البودره قليله جدا في العلبه التى هي اصغر من المتوقع وهذا حسب ما استلمته اشتريت 2 علبه طبعا غير قابله للاسترداد او الاستبدال للاسف ..وعن الاستخدام هذه المره الأولى للتجربة..التقيم عن كميه البودره في العلبه ربع او اقل من الربع سوف اوزن العلبه لاقيم بالضبط لو أمكن

It’s just 61 grams not 100 grams which is mentioned and shown in the picture. it’s a deception!!

One of the better products out there for creatine. Mix as well and taste good not chalky and dusty and garbage like some of the other ones.

I love the way this tastes and dissolves but it is way too expensive. Studies have shown it has the same bioavailability as creatine monohydrate. So unfortunately you still have to take 5 grams for each serving. That means it is over 2$ per serving.
