Very thin and perfect for Asian dishes. They’re amazing rice noodles. They taste delicious. They are gluten free. They cook fast. The texture is rice.

Almost time to re-order. I love the vermicelli bowls I get when I go out, but the restaurant doesn't come up in the rotation as often as I'd like, so I found some recipes and ordered these. Great noodles. They have the same taste/texture I get when I go to the restaurant. Simple to prepare.

Delicious and easy to make! Just be careful in breaking it apart to use only what you need. I made the mistake the first time of making a whole bag. Recommend eating fresh, but really does keep in fridge for about 8 hours if needed.

These cook well and have a nice taste.

Noodles are fresh, unbroken, and thin which is what I was looking for. Cooking instructions are simple - I cooked them for less then the recommended cook time - 5 minutes was plenty of time for them to fully cook, without them becoming too soft or sticky. I used them for Pho Vermicelli Rice Noodle bowls and they turned out great! Each pack was 8 servings (you receive 3 packs), good value for your money. Great packaging, nothing broken.
