I don't know about anyone else but I've had bad experiences with fans. You can't feel any air if you hold your hand up in front of them, even on high. Swivelling fans that start swivelling if you even look at them wrong when you just want the stupid things to push air where you want. I bought the next larger version of this fan for my bedroom and love love loved it. So I got this one for a smaller version and it's a beautiful fan as well. The air goes where you want it to and it's a such a sturdy little thing (and no stupid swivel). Attaching the base is surprisingly tricky. You MUST insert the base between the small metal washer and the large rubber one or it will start to slowly, sadly tilt down (something that drove me crazy with the larger version until I, duh, read the instructions). That metal washer is TINY and I thought the instructions were maybe for the wrong version cause I couldn't even see it. But it's there and I had to unscrew the knobs all the way and use a dental pick to coax the two washers apart. Of course I've read the one star reviews (who doesn't read those first?) and all I can say is it's not my experience. On the lowest setting it's whisper quiet and I can feel air several feet away. On the highest setting, yeah it's kinda loud - I mean it's not a MAGICAL fan - but the sound is all air, no motor noise or anything like that. Show me a fan that blows that much wind and is quiet at the same time. Doesn't exist. And when I need a fan to be on high just give me that sweet wind and I'll take some blowing noise. This was a great pick for a second fan, but honestly for a first room fan I'd go with the next size up. Maybe buy this one if you need it on your desk or you live in a shoe. It's not that this one isn't good, just that I've not found the larger size inconvenient at all in my bedroom. And you get more wind at about the same noise level. I can't comment on durability since I just got it but I've had the larger fan for nearly a year of almost constant use with no problems.

This fan was easy to assemble. It is quite sturdy - industrial grade sturdy - so it should last quite a while. It produces no vibration noise. It produces very good airflow, even at its lowest speed setting. I wish it had an even lower speed setting. I have had it running constantly ever since I received it with no issues whatsoever. It is a little larger than I needed.

I needed a fan for the cellar to circulate air so it wouldn't be musty. The Vornado is perfect for this; it is a small size but pushes air extremely well. Definitely a good product!

First 2 quirks. I WAS immediately disappointed in the size. It's hard to judge the size from stock photos. Grill opening is 10". The other quirk is I had a little bit of hard time with assembly. The space between the mounts on the stand is a slightly wider than the fan. I ended up dropping one side of the fan trying to mount it. Now the good stuff. I was immediately satisfied with the velocity this fan has. It is quite potent for it's size. It blows more on low than my older 14" high velocity Patton fan on low. I use fans in the summertime to distribute air throughout my apt. from my a.c. On medium and high it is louder. But it is a fan built for shop use and it isn't as loud as 20" and larger shop fans. For what I use it for, it does a good job cooling on low. It does vibrate some on medium and high. It's still a high quality product. This fan has what every fan should have and that is a permanently sealed motor protected from dust and dirt. Functionality - Very easy to use even though the switch is on the back of the unit. It's very easy to adjust the tilt and tighten in place. A bit pricey, but I think it's worth the money I paid for a long lasting fan. I'm glad I didn't spend $120 on a larger one. I didn't think I'd get excited about a new fan, but I did.

For 30+ years, I have had to sleep with a fan. Blame it on night shift when I first started as a police officer. I need the noise and f course air flow. This fan gets A+ for noise. Each speed is loud but the highest is ridiculously loud. B- for air flow. I had a Vornato for many years but it finally died. It moved air much better than this one(it might have been a tad bigger). The highest speed doesn’t move air at all. Make lots of noise but you can barely feel a breeze. The middle speed is where it’s best. Most air and good noise. Over all it gets an A because it’s working for me. But only 4 stars.

Ürün çok hevesle bekleyerek aldık, yarım saat çalıştıktan sonra bir daha çalışmadı. Voltaj problemi olduğunu düşünüyorum. çok kaliteli bir ürün ama Türkiye şartlarında biz kullanamadık.

Si estás buscando un abanico que de verdad aguante los calorones de Monterrey, este es el indicado, es un equipo muy potente, tiene un tamaño muy práctico y la capacidad de un abanico industrial.

Bueno!!, las primeras impresiones, es hermoso, se ve y se siente rudo, tiene ruido blanco y al momento creo es una buena adquisición, no es un ventilador es un reciclador, es decir hace circular el aire en una habitación.

Es de buena calidad aunque muy ruidoso.
