The capsule is designed for fast release, and it is effective. The capsule is medium size, easy to swallow. I think it helps with my inflammation. No smell, which is good.

So far, so good. My fingers and knees have not been aching even at night.Very good product for the price.I gave four stars instead of five because I did not have enough time to see how the product worked over time.
